No, it's not shocking. But if you look back at the poster's history, he clearly is someone who states a bunch of irreverent nonsense in the name of sarcasm. In this case, he's using sarcasm to poke fun at the legion of people who love JB to a fault. Nothing against the Juwan in this case.

Most posters will not take the time to look through everyone's history to see what kind of poster they are. At best the comment was sarcastic, at worst it could be interpreted as racist. I don't expect everyone to agree and many will think that is stretching it. Saying a white coach coming back to campus would be grounds for a black head coach to give up his position to report to the white guy could certainly be interpreted that way.

FWIW, "queue" is a line (and also one of the weirdest words to spell).
"Cue" is a signal to start, like an actor's cue to speak. It also gets used to set up a cue, as in "cue it up."

"Quart", "quint", and a few others are good options too if you have the letters, although I believe "qi" is in the Scrabble dictionary and if there is a stray "I" on the board, it's a cheap but effective way to get rid of the "Q".
