How many times have you rewatched The Game already

Submitted by Bo Harbaugh on November 29th, 2022 at 2:46 PM

After last year’s cathartic victory over OSU, I’m guessing I rewatched the full 2021 Game at least 10 times, and highlights at least 50 times over the course of the year.

I have already rewatched the full version of this year’s game twice, and I’m certain I’ll get up to 10 through the cold winter months and into next year. I’ll probably flip to Edwards back to back home run, devastating runs on OSU any time I need a pick me up.

That said, hoping we have a successful playoff run and completion of a dream season so I have more viewing variety this off season.

So do tell, what pace are you all on in regards to rewatching the glory?

The amount of game related material I have consumed is shocking and yet there is so much I haven’t seen/heard. Would love an extended highlights, because not sure I have the time for a full rewatch.

Oh yeah. I've already rewatched the full game once, I've watched Roman Wilson's vlog, and any time I've had down time since Sat night, I've been looking on here and 11 Warriors. And an absurd flight delay/cancelation Sunday (pushed back til Mon) afforded me plenty of that down time.

Yet, I still need to watch the postgame interviews, read more articles, and go through as many posts on here and 11W/1L as I can before Sat!

Not yet. Was too busy yesterday reading/watching all the talking heads, blogs, podcasts, etc. Plus World Cup. But I will this week.

Only made it up to halftime, but will rewatch the second half tonight.

I don't know if it made it into One Frame at a Time, but there's a hilarious moment after the second long pass TD (to go up 17-13)  when one of the OSU superfans (Buck-I Guy?) is being consoled by Brutus.

I probably watched the 2021 game 30+ times while I did my hour long rides on the Peloton. Now I have more content to watch thanks to 2022. I've already watched the game 3 times, and the Youtube Parkinggod highlights at least 5 times.

LOL a colleague and myself were discussing this very topic this morning. I have watched The Game 2022 in full an additional time, and once on BTN In 60 (also recorded).

However, I watched various highlights Saturday night and Sunday. I think I watched the first Edward's run, 75 yards, on a loop for about 15 minutes! I love the Gus call on that play. I missed hearing it live because when he broke through the line the room started yelling. That run, to make it 38-23, on the first play after the only OSU points in the 2nd half, was the moment i could exhale because victory was in hand.

I have skimmed through the highlights a few times, but now I'm breaking up the full game to watch it while I'm working out. I worked out to the first half last night and can't wait to get home tonight to work out to the second half.

The Game porn is definitely a thing this week.

I've watched both the full broadcast and the B1G in 60 version.  And since I've been home the last three days I've had it on a screen (muted) pretty much the whole time so that I can look up at any time and something glorious is about to happen again.

I've only rewatched the full game once. Watched the second half 3 more times, and extended highlights a few more

I've had literally everything I could find related to The Game playing in the background on YouTube. OSU media and fans are completely unspooled. And none of them understand that they're in for a multiyear process to get on our level. It's wonderful.
