Mitch McGary not full-go at practice right now. Getting lots of treatment on his leg.

McGary is practicing, but Beilein says he's been limited somewhat as he continues to get treatment on a previous leg injury.

Unfortunately McGary has a history of plantar fasciitis issues this may be a re-occurrence
Just googled and there is a Nick Baumgardner story on Mlive

Well this really sucks, lets hope these injuries arent serious.

We went from 3 deep in the post to just Morgan. ( who i believe is a solid player). But overall, FUCK

If McGary is able to practice at all, his injury presumably can't be that bad. As for Horford, a "twisted knee" can mean almost anything.

Horford has been on some bad injury luck...hope its not serious.
He needs to drink more milk a.s.a.p.

It's not that rare. Players injure it from making a cut and having their leg slip, as is often the case in football.

How does that 6th year thing work again?
October 26th, 2012 at 10:07 AM ^
If you miss two seasons due to injury, you can get a 6th year. Hopefully it won't have to come to that.

This seems reasomably appropriate to put here because there really isn't any other place to put it: I got to tour the PDC yesterday and, not that this is news to anyone now, but that is a SWEET facility. They are still adding stuff and installing signage, and they are also working furiously on the last of the Crisler changes. Very nice.
Coach Alexander showed us how the iPads work; to be honest, when I first saw their unveiling in the PDC video, I assumed they were just sweet little high-tech toys. Something nice to have, something that would appeal to recruits, but nothing more than a fun perk. In fact they are loaded with content about opponents, teams, indivdual players, etc). Michigan players can essentially study film wherever.
To make it a little more relevant, we saw Corey Person, Jordan Morgan, and Trey Burke shooting baskets so THOSE guys are fine.
