Just to have the depth would be important. Michigan was a little lucky this year in that no other starting linebacker was injured or dinged up (or played through it which I think Colson was at a certain point).

Yeah there's no way NHG is a better option after missing the whole season than a freshman (not really a freshman now) who's gotten meaningful game snaps all year long. Rolder was on the field a little against Ohio State so he's clearly not a scrub at this point.
Let NHG get back to practice and be available for strictly emergency purposes

It's particularly weird because as they fill out more and more of the canon, we know that the guys in that room were all around for the fall of the Republic. Many of them served alongside Jedi before the Emperor launched the purge. They know what they can do.

There's nary a more popular jumbled mess of an inconsistent and poorly developed universe than that of the star wars franchise. I love a few of those movies, but trying to pretend that the stories link together in any meaningful fashion is an exercise in futility and mental gymnastics.

Kid just spent most of his year in a boot (or whatever). Regardless of whether he's an impact player, if he's not a serious liability, get him some snaps for HIS sake. This is probably the longest he's gone without playing a competitive snap of tackle football since he was 8.

Agreed. In my experience, it would be extraordinary for NHG to get healthy enough to play not just in a game, but a national semi-final. If this is the injury I saw him sustain in practice, it would make more sense to shelf him until spring ball.
