but one of the other UM players a few days ago, I think it was JD, posted a pic of Freddy and the dude was just jacked now!  Looked like a total monster.  Good luck to the guy!

I met his HS coach at a Harbaugh camp. Apparently, the coach and Freddy both loved Harbaugh and Michigan.

Too bad football didn't work out, but he he has a Michigan Degree!

He's fuggin YOKED UP! Remember the skinny Canteen with amazing footwork that couldn't get open due to jams and such? He legitimately looks like a LB now. He's more than twice as big (ha). If he were a player on any other team I'd speculate on how he got so big - that's how big he is!

Through no fault whatsoever of his own, the glowing comments and predictions on MGoBlog about him based solely on that simple footwork drill were comical. They were a sign of how bad things were in the program, and how desperate fans were for any sign of football competence, regardless of how ultimately meaningless those signs were. I can't imagine Alabama fans having the same reaction.

What's really important is that he's got his degree, and has become a man in the process. I hope he can find football success somewhere without jeopardizing his health.

'tis the season where guys we forgot were even still around at the bottom of the depth chart go elsewhere, and the RCMB goes all "hurrdurr HARBAUGHED!"

Good luck to Canteen. Probably the best option.

but, has anybody else noticed the trend of the athletes including the phrase "I'm opening up my recruitment", as if they are preparing to go through the whole undergrad recruiting process, again? I can't imagine most staffs have the time to invest in grad transfer recruiting. It seems to me, in the grad transfer situation, that the onus is on the athlete to find the best fit, especially since the rule seemed designed to benefit the athlete, more than the schools. Good luck to Dawson and Canteen, but, honestly, in reading their annoucements, I get the feeling that they're more concerned with the recruiting process, than finding the right fit, both academically and athletically. I hope it's not the start of a negative trend.

I didn't realize he was still around, I'm glad he graduated from Michigan. Smart move since now he can grade transfer without sitting a year. Would've been silly to transfer, sit and get the diploma at a lesser academic institution.

Good move. Hope he does well! He seems like a great fit in the slot for Dana Holgerson at WVU.
