Domani is confirmed to be coming this saturday along with his dad, mom (an OSU fan) and aunt. Let's do our part and make sure they witness how loud the big house can get!

I will be watching from Boston but if anyone is looking for some Gameday signs, I photoshopped this iconic image. Feel free to use/if you need a higher res image let me know!

It would be disappointing if he ends up at Alabama, but it would suck a hundred times more if he ended up in a Buckeye uniform.

Agreed this is the most likely scenario, but I don't think the door on Michigan has been closed entirely. If the game experience on Saturday is truly unlike anything that could be experienced anywhere else in college football (i.e. a heroic performance from the Michigan defense that ends in a close victory with fans rushing the field, and the goal posts coming down, or something resembling that), I think there's a chance Michigan could land his commitment.

I wouldn't put money on it, but I think that outcome exists somewhere within the realm of possibility. It seems to me, his heart is with Michigan and his head is with Alabama. Right now, he is leaning more with his head than with his emotions. His visit to Michigan would need to neutralize the perception of what Alabama can offer over Michigan.

A win would be an event we'll never forget and impart just what the college experience entails.

At Bama you are expected to win. A national championship at Alabama wouldn't be as emotional as a Michigan win over OSU.

Then add the Clinkscale factor. Gray, Green, and Turner are all 3 stars playing great football. Imagine what Clink can do with 5 stars?

The thing is, that's not really true. If you have 5-star talent you could play anywhere and go to the next level. I watched a Patriots game earlier this year and one side had a starter from Grand Valley State University and the other other had a starter from Davenport University. If you're talented, you can do wherever you please.

His dad's heart is with Michigan, there really isn't actual evidence from Domani himself that he loves Michigan.

I'd say his heart is truly with USC but he realizes they are a dumpster fire and his head is with Alabama. Which is why most non-Michigan sources have been saying its between Bama and USC for months, not just a reaction to a visit.

You can never rule out the emotional aspect of college football recruiting. Sometimes regardless of what makes sense logically, your emotions take over and that's where you want to go, so getting him on back on campus cannot be overstated especially given his dad's fandom and his connection to Will Johnson and others

From my source, a close family friend of the Jacksons, he is most likely Bama Bound.  This is UM's last chance to impress.

He talks to my friend's son daily.  Said that Bama was the most he has felt at home.  I told my friend to let them know that at Bama he is just another cog in the machine, at UM he will be family.

Free tickets to the biggest game of the year?  Yea, who wouldn't want that.

But he recently said he's down to Bama and SC.  He's not coming here, no matter how good a relationship Sam has with the kid's dad.

Not an insider of any kind but he's going to Bama. Based on what I've heard it's over-over. Not even a scenario where some amazing victory for UM changes anything. Focus on other players. I'll leave it at that.

Did you take a child's photo off the internet and photoshop it onto Charles Woodson? Weird. Adults need to leave recruits alone. He's not coming here because some random fanboy made a mediocre edit.

i know nothing about the kid or his recruitment.  however, from a parent of two college football players and in response to all of the BPONE recruiting takes, if a kid takes his family on an official visit across the country, which is a royal pain in the side for all the travelers, he is serious about a school.

he certainly might end up at bama or ohio, but a trip like this where he's bringing so many family members is not 'just for kicks' and the school won't be paying the way for some of them.  unless he's a life-long michigan or ohio fan, i would say he is looking at going to one of those two schools.

This is an unofficial visit - he took his official to UM on 9/11 for the Washington game.  Meaning the travel for this trip is on his family's dime.  (Someone help, not sure if they still get free tickets?)

Maybe its just a chance to see a great game with guaranteed (free?) tickets and/or rule out a school he's already said is ruled out.  Or maybe since they're having to pay their own way from CA, this means there's still a chance?

Unfortunately as much as I'd love to see him pick Michigan, I'd put the chance of that happening less than 10%. Nil is a big deal to these kids and Alabama had made a pitch to him that he's not turning down. I really hope I'm wrong. Go Blue beat ohio
