But with the real Jordan Morgan, between the two of them, I can see us taking either of these two. When we've struggled is when we had trouble defending the post. If we can get both those guys going at the same time, we could really roll.

Neither of these teams are that scary to me from what I'm seeing right now.  As we have shown though, one team can look completely different from one day to the next.  I do think we're faster than both of them.

North Carolina and Kansas are hanging around 20% for effective field goal percentage right now. Further, it was interesting to see North Carolina simply go into Sleep Mode after having the momentum out of the gate. That being said, both teams are on track for some prolific rebound totals, given all the bad shots and attempted putbacks.

As a board, I hope we aren't expecting EITHER team to shoot this bad next week.

I'm not saying it won't happen, but we certainly can't expect it. Let's be real, both of these teams have played better this year.

That said, good GAWD this is bad. Let's HOPE the winner plays this bad vs. Michigan.

Susceptible to getting all discombobulated when you push it. I'm not seeing much discipline here. Who is going to stop Trey? From the looks of things, maybe we could push them into a slopfest (on their part). I'm also liking GRIII's chances to shine in a game like that.

I'm loving the thoughts of McGary going crazy against UNC's small lineup... especially with how he runs.

Also, star players are playing terrible in this game.
Withey - 1/5
McLemore - 0/5
McAdoo - 2/9

Yesterday at the same time, that NCAA band following you commercial was on CBS, TNT and TruTV.

That, the Bud Light Commercial, the Liberty Financial with the hoop in the driveway falling on the car, etc.

You'd think with all of the viewers they'd mix it up. The commercials should be almost be anticipated like the Super Bowl.

I would rather have North Carolina due to the smaller lineup. Either team is a challenge but definitely not insurmountable. At least somebody got to 30 going into the half.

...I don't think you know what you've just done.

I don't hate any single athlete in the history of sport as much as I hate Laettner. Not Reddick, not Pryor or Gholston, no one.

Now because of this resemblance, I have no choice.

Minnesota is going zone vs. Florida and they're killing them early.

Meanwhile, UF is going with a full court zone press. Not something we want to see if we want to run.

I know this is kind of late to comment about the IU game but Oladipo did not guard Wyatt as much as you are all making it sound. He killed Sheehey and Remy. And if nothing else Wyatt killed his team down the stretch. He whined more than anyone on the court and was uninterested on offense if he didnt have the ball in his hands. And I have never seen someone flop more than Wyatt.

Did Ernie Johnson's cancer come back recently?  He doesn't look too good.

Also I'm pretty surprised by the finalists for the Naismith Award.  I don't see any of those 3 winning it over Burke besides maybe Oladipo, if Trey hadn't already beaten him for Big10 player of the year.

I'm not sure there is anyone else that should've been on the list...the only other player I'd consider is the kid from Gonzaga.

This just wasn't a star driven year...Do I think Burke should win it? Yes. But those are "solid" players, none are nationally legendary.

I think Oladipo would've won it if he would've won the B1G POY, but Burke did and I think he takes that national POY as well.

I realize it is no surprise at this point, but Minnesota really doesn't have much of an offensive identity. They all seem really athletic, but their best strategy seems to be attempt shots and play for the offensive rebound.

Minny not fouling nearly as much as the refs think.  That, or I've watched too much B1G BB this year and don't know what a foul is anymore.

That I'm bad luck today. I started watching both the OSU and IU games near the end today prepared to gleefully watch them lose, and they pull off late wins. Now I switch on UNC-KU rooting for the Tarheels, and they're starting to fall apart. I want to watch Minnesota, but not sure if that's a good idea.

UNC is literally the most inconsistent team in the country...

In the end, it'll be about if they can rally back around the 6-7 minute mark.
