Gameplan at this point is just hoping that despite the win, Crean goes Crean and bitches at someone, cries about something, or just generally acts like the big douche he is and everyone gets to see it.

I have never before supported Syracuse...but since the non-call on the intentional vs. Michigan and Crean's getting into it with a Michigan assistant my hatred for Indiana is massive.

Khalif Wyatt made himself a lot of money come June with his work today.

but the B1G is now a quarter of the S16.  Much needed to kill some noise.

And if the officals were REALLY pro-Indiana, this could have a FT shooting festival.

Can we please stop with all these people comparing Oladipo to Michael Jordan. He is a good player but he is not anywhere close to the caliber of player Jordan was. Go Big Ten I suppose.

"Temple is as tough, physically and mentally, as any team we've seen all year and we play against the best in the Big Ten. They take a back seat to no one."

Crean probably is a douche, but I don't think you're quoting him correctly. I didn't think there was anything wrong with what he said in the slightest.

Listen... That noise you hear is the collective sighs of relief by everyone who had Indiana in the NCAA final. Mine as well.

Well, you have to root for the Big Ten...helps the conference." But come game time it's all "Fuck Wisconsin/MSU/Ohio State/Indiana."

I'm going to get flamed to hell for this, but the refs gift-wrapped that game for Indiana.

I happen to agree with Barkley.  OSU and Indiana are both lucky as hell to be in the Sweet Sixteen.

Was anyone else surprised that Tom Crean used only 1 timeout?  You'd think with as poorly as IU was playing, he'd try to change something up.

to me so far. You'd think with a size advantage, Kansas would look to establish the post right off. Instaed, what I've seen so far is shot altering defense - but no big man offense. As far as UNC goes, living down here in ACC land, this slightly out of control and not real good team is what we've seen all year.
Bring either one Go Blue!

We matchup with both teams, just in different ways.

I think UNC will allow us to run, and we're 100x better if we can run. I feel like McGary would have a field day because he'd get all the boards in the world since he's so active. Withey's just big, but when you're shooting long 3's, you're going to get long boards...McGary can get to those.

McGary also doesn't need the ball in the post for us to be effective.

Against Kansas, I think we have the size to match them. I think we can run better than them and we can stretch the floor and really expose them defensively.

This may be a big "if," but if we play like we did vs. VCU...we beat both teams by double digits.

I think the VCU game is going to be sui generis. There's not going to be another team that's going to invite us into the open court in the way they did. Even in that game, our decision making was great but most players (other than Hardaway) didn't shoot the ball that well.

A lot of those were point blank shots, even uncontested shots, right at the rim, though. I could more accurately say that we didn't have a good day shooting from outside.

My God, going from Nantz and Kellogg to Marv and Kerr is like night and day. It's about the game for them, not creating artificial drama and storylines for the tournament.

If their jerseys didn't read Kansas and North Carolina...I'd change the channel.

I know that sounds hypocritical coming from a B1G fan. But this isn't tough defense, this is TERRIBLE shot selection and poor execution.

No doubt. I've seen at least three Carolina players start to shoot, hesitate, and then shoot, a play that almost no one ever pulls off successfully. They look really unsure of what shots they're trying to get.

Withey's very good defensively, though.
