This weekend should sort things out. We need to take care of business in Happy Valley to show our ranking is legit. State V State in Cbus will show if Sparty belongs.

Us and Purdue lit them up for a metric ton of passing yards. I can't even fathom what Ohio State will do to them. And worst case scenario, Sparty actually plays well and shows us the blueprint to beat them in a couple weeks.
All we gotta do is beat Penn "what the hell is a run game" State (who won't have the aid of a White Out night game atmosphere this time).
As far as The Game, this is setting up to be our best chance at victory since....2011 I'd say. Our best squads since then had to win in Columbus (2016, 2018). The best squads who had The Game at home were always supremely outmatched even if they played well (2013, 2015, 2017, 2019). Lucy is holding that damn football and I'm ready to kick it

The delays come when 3rd party ad sites are being accessed. If your browser shows you what's happening (Chrome does in the lower left corner on a desktop, not sure about mobile), you'll see it. Right now, as I'm typing, mine says its still waiting for 'prebid.a-mo.net' - whatever the hell that is. If they don't respond, the page can stop loading. So, once again, advertising is gumming up the works...
You won't see it with DuckDuckGo (mentioned up thread) because it blocks all ads by default.

Tried DDG and you are right. I’m fine with ads, just surprised they slow the site down so much. I now hit the bookmark for the site and walk away from the phone for a minute or two since it’s gonna be a while. Is what it is.

I mean I was a little confused as well due to the head to head result, but MSU just lost by two scores to an unranked team, while UM won by 3.
Either way, if UM wins out then none of these rankings will matter.
I honestly want UM to win out just to shut everyone up.

This is the only take. We would be doing the same thing if the roles were reversed. I saw the game. Sometimes the better team outplays the lesser team and still has fewer points at the end. Just win out and we'll be fine.

Sparty was initally ruled the better team, but after further review, cfb fans at large have found conclusive evidence that Michigan is in fact the better team, and so the call on the field has been overturned.

I'm sure you are joking. But that Maryland offense can throw the ball and MSU struggles stopping the pass. It could be an interesting game. However, Maryland's defense can't stop anything so my guess is a high scoring game.

For some reason, I've been thinking that Maryland was going to knock off one of Penn State or Michigan State. Maryland isn't terrible and if they get in a shootout, State could be in trouble. GO TERPS.
