Indeed.  Then, about 3 plays later, the weak side OT for OSU had an obvious false start that wasn't called as OSU converted a 3rd down.

The refs not giving UM that obvious TD late today and I'd say you've got a point. Sure, we ended up getting it but holy shit.

Which one? The time they blew the whistle or the time Canteen dove for the pylon? The whistle was dumb and everyone stopped playing, but Canteen had the ball outside of the pylon, ball should've been spotted about 1 foot outside of the endzone.

there was a play where ball was thrown to funchess on second down from about the ten. msu db obviously grabbed his hand before ball gets there forcing funchess to drop the ball.

That's as bad as the ruling against Michigan in the Rutgers game.  Officials on the field blowing calls at game speed happen and are understandable.  The video reviews that are screwed up though, there's no excuse for that.

They sit up there completely invisible and make decisions in utmost secrecy (we don't even have any idea WHO actually is making these decisions) and we peons just accept it. No explanations necessary. I mean how about some freaking accountability? These guys are fools and completely incompetent. It's not brain surgery - how do you mess up an obvious call like this (or the Rutgers one) unless you're just completely incapable of being a replay official?

I at least appreciate the "expert ref" in the booth for them saying that both of those calls were blown by the refs. Too often I think the guys will just give some non-answer or weird technicallity to cover for the refs, but that guy at least said the refs screwed up both of those calls.

Would be wonderful to see some actual consequences for the refs making terrible errors, but there is rarely if ever accountability, so it will continue.

The Big Ten needs OSU/MSU to both be one loss teams on 11/8. Not saying anything fishy is going on, but it opens up them up to discussing the possibility.

Give it rest people.  OSU has somehow managed to do the impossible and get Freshman to play at a high level.  My guess is that God himself must be a Buckeye fan because there is no other way that Freshman can be as effective as their's have turned out to be.

Hoke just needs two more years.  When his 5th year seniors are in place WATCH OUT!

The BIG needs OSU to win tonight to improve the chances of getting a team in the playoffs, because if they lose and then beat MSU the BIG is virtually eliminated.

What the hell was that OSU? 4 seconds left in the half on 4th down and you take a knee with 1 second left on the clock? They're lucky the clock operator didn't stop the clock like he should have and given PSU a shot.

At least we don't have the laughable PAC-12 crews that include glasses mcfuckface (which worked to our advantage in the 2012 sugar bowl) who retired last year. Also, we aren't the ACC with good old Ron Cherry..
