Allen Trieu was on the M-Zone last week I think and they asked him about Glenville. From what I remember, he said they haven't had that level of prospect the last few years.

Urban never really wanted him. Urban wanted to plant an OSU recruiting flag in the heart of Ann Arbor just for the perception. Now that Simmons has served his purpose for OSU and they have more highly rated recruits in the wings he's expendable.
Urban is very aware of the perception of recruiting. I believe while at Florida Meyer told the Pouncy brothers to publicly admit they were FSU fans growing up (which is not true) after they committed to Florida.

Some people assume everyone uses bagmen but Michigan and Michigan is perfectly faultless in all things. A lot of kids could be committing to OSU because it's a good school, the football team has won double digit games every year Urban is there, they're an annual playoff contender, and they also play in front of 100,000 peope.
If you really think OSU only gets top recruits because of bagmen then it must be what we're doing too
