funny man! It's 6:48am here in Flint and I'm slowly getting myself geared up for the day; that video played a part :)

I went to bed around 2:00am and the kids woke up at 7:00am. Needed coffee and that video to help get me through.
Of course, I don't think it will be nice here all day. In fact, I think it is supposed to rain around noon.

Leaving now to head up to the game and that was and oddly energizing hype video. Not sure if it was the beat or if it was the fact the every time cookie monster said "taste sooooo gooood" I pictured Mike "Manster" Martin feasting on a Crist sack lunch! NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM! GO BLUE!!!!!!!!!!11!1!!1!!!1!!

for the game, though p*ssed off I have to work all day, love the hype though, GO BLUE!!

I loved it and while watching it, my 2 year old wandered into the computer room and started watching it as well. You know you've created something timeless when it can instantly be appealing to multiple generations. Strong work.

Full disclosure: my 18 month old was a contributing editor on this one.

excellent work, both of ya. Though at that age, that song would make me affraid of the cookie monster.

COOOOOOOOKKKKKIIIIIIEEEEEEE
September 11th, 2010 at 8:38 AM ^
hmm, now i want cookies. They taste so good.

What a strange effect. It makes me want to renounce Catholicism.
September 11th, 2010 at 1:40 PM ^
You have to go to BC for the real thing. Oh, yeah. They are also pretend Irish.
Can't help myself after reading their boards all week and seeing that most posters believe the way to defense Denard is to send him off on a stretcher early. Pathetic and un-Catholic.

they are a snack and not a dessert. Right?
September 11th, 2010 at 1:04 PM ^
because you can eat like ten cookies and not get a stumach ache, but If you eat Ten sweets you'll get a stomach ache

Awesome. I want cookies now and also Rotel Velveeta dip for some reason.

for Santa every Christmas Eve.

The cookie monster part was amazing...but, constructive criticism...you can never have too little FreakBass...:P
September 11th, 2010 at 9:11 AM ^
Freakbass is now as much a part of Notre Dame football as the Grotto or Touchdown Jesus. We must never let it slip away.
September 11th, 2010 at 10:57 AM ^
It's spelled Freekbass.

owned!
September 11th, 2010 at 9:30 AM ^
...is it's too damn short. Another couple of minutes, please!
September 11th, 2010 at 9:52 AM ^
I criticized other hype videos for focusing too much on the past. This is simply perfect. Well, almost perfect - like 'Shoe said, it only needs to be longer!!
September 11th, 2010 at 10:00 AM ^
I never thought Screamo Cookie Monster was what it would take for me to get really hyped about this game. Learn something new every day I guess.
September 11th, 2010 at 10:18 AM ^
This has the potential to be your best work yet, but it needs more depth. If you could somehow entwine more highlights and double the length, this shit could be EPIC. +1

As much as I like Martin depicted as the Hulk, we need a t-shirt with the cookie monster in a 68 jersey eating little ND shapped cookies. Lets get cracken on this ASAP please.

But Cookie in a winged helmet in the stands or on the sideline would not suck.
September 11th, 2010 at 11:57 AM ^
with cookie monster in a winged helmet... You've got somethng there. I like it, and I might just get both to help with game luck on game day.
