Hudson to announce at 3 pm Looking Very Good!

Submitted by jbibiza on

Massive movement of Crystal Balz  for Khaleke Hudson to the good guys. This will be an important pick up, and great work by Zordich and the rest of the staff who got in on him a bit late but made up ground quickly.

I hate that Rutgers is in the Big Ten, but I have to believe that their inclusion has had at least a small benefit in establishing the massive NJ2AA pipeline.  If Michigan playing in NJ once every other year is the price for keeping this pipeline flowing, then I am ok with it.

From what I understand Penn State wouldn't accept his commitment early on. By the time they were ready to accept, he had already started looking around at other schools (Michigan). That seems to be one of the things the good guys have going for them in his recruitment.

Really like this kids film, the dude could be a flat out two way stud like Jabrill.

How I'd like the class to finish:
Rashan Gary
Jordan Elliot or Boss tagola
Connor Murphy
Eddie McDoom
Donald Stewart or Pie Young
Levert Hill
Jordan Fuller

Depending on who doesn't end up in the class, there may still be room for:

Chase Allen or Devin Asasi (sp?)
Quinn Nordin (or he could greyshirt)

I wonder if there will be any surprises on signing day? Perhaps like Karan Higdon from last year?

So pumped to see how we close out, and where we end up being ranked when all is said and done. You have to think this class, assuming it ends with us getting most or all of the rest of our top guys, is one that will finish top 5 for sure. I think the class ends up at 3-4.

Good question.

But there is no doubt in my mind that he STARTS on defense. When you look at what we lose next year. He's got a legit shot to be a key contributor or even a starter in his RS Freshman or true Sophomore year.

Because of that turnover and lack of depth, I think there will be an opportunity for him to play early in his career on defense. So if you asked me, I think he still ends up on defense because he's contributing early and making an impact. But he's definitely got some skills to play offense as well.

Sam Webb was just talking about him this morning and said he feels very, very, very good about him.  I lost track of the amount of verys he said after about 5.  Either way I like the direction that Hudson is trending. Go Blue!

Recruits are lining up to be part of this!  Signing day is almost here and these kids all know JH knows how to prepare them for the NFL.  Next year 5 stars will be camping in AA praying for an offer from us!
