The future of Michigan Stadium
Could Danneskjöld have anything to do with the copper the folks from East Lansing have been rolling out in the past few years? Is he setting something up?
I heard 5* Hank Rearden immediately committed to Patrick Henry University after receiving a gold bar from Danneskjold, but a bronze bar sounds like the right price for a Sparty recruit. You might be on to something.
my favorite mgoblog people for the day! Loved those 2 books.
What kind of crazy idea is that? Good thing the people in charge would NEVER let that happen.
Why the hell did the Regents fall asleep and let that abomination happen???
They said no to fireworks, but somehow THIS was a good idea???
#NeverForget
And don't forget Tom Goss played a big role in this debacle also.
And Tom Goss also played a role in this debacle.
Hey, it was the '80s!!! (But sadly even that excuse doesn't fly...b/c it was the '90s)
They thought it was "festive".
Never let decisions that impact a million people be made by one or two people in a vacuum.
God, I can still remember walking up to the stadium before the Syracuse game and, even as an eleventh-grader, I was like, "You gotta be shitting me". Unfortunately it wasn't even the most awful thing I saw that day...
That forbids any future fireworks shows...

As I recall, something akin to #1 was talked about a few years back as a long-term opportunity if the demand should be there. I think the theory was that the south end zone would be enclosed and seats wrapped around all the way to the scoreboards. I don't remember how many people that they though such a plan would theoretically add though.
Hogwarts style quidditch luxury tower boxes:
make it seat 150k, like originally planned. Then we'd really have something to brag about when it sold out.
And let me buy a goddamn beer there.
If any venue should serve beer it's Yost. Let's bump up the revenue there.
I just want more seats. I love saying that Michigan stadium is the largest in the Western Hemipshere (3rd in the world).
I want to change my answer. I didn't know that having bikini girls in a transparent pool was an option. Let's do that instead.
I was there. It got weird when the old man standing next to me started whistling at the girls every time they appeared on the big screen.
Yeah everyone saw you... the creepy person with jeans on. Sheesh.
thread a while back filled with posters crying about provocative avatars.
Grown men, complaining about seeing attractive women in various states of undress. I felt like I was taking crazy pills reading it.
different threads if I recall correctly, but you may be right.
Brian's post was basically "stop posting tits because Google is run by Puritans and this will cost me money". I can totally respect that. It's his blog and he can do whatever he wants with it.
Would the water be heated for the later games?
It will be a jacuzzi in the colder months. Aaron Rodgers, lucky dude.
I wouldn't complain though
Nice flashlight high-lite on the lower picture... I just love all the GIF's on this site.
go for that TRIPLE post. I mean really who's gonna throw you out heading for third ????
Go Blue!
Great, but how many home games could we really use it for, UNLESS, we put a dome over Michigan Stadium!!!!
Too late, sparty already decided to do this. The 2015 Spartoons
I CANT UNSEE THAT!!!!
Bet you can't even see their double chins.
