I am so sick of the Rose colored glasses with Beilein. The fact is he isn't getting it done this year. Every Team in college is "young" so i don't want to hear that BS excuse. The fact is he hasn't capitalized on the success he had with that two year run of the Title Game and Elite 8.
Hell, Northwestern found a freaking 7 footer for christ sake. how in the Hell has he NOT been able to do it since he has been at Michigan (McGary the lone exception in what 7/8 years).
We are terrible at inboudning the ball. That is all on Beilein. Its not working and he refuses to fix it. It is almost Hoke like stubbornness.
Why the hell didn't we foul. Does anyone remember the game against Ohio State a few years ago, Even Turner ring a bell. You foul the damn guy under 5 seconds up by 3 or more especially when NW was still 1 and 1.
He is paid 2.45 Million a year to win basketball games, plain and simple.

I don't think it's too much to expect Michigan to make the NIT, which is very unlikely at this point. Is it too much to expect Michigan to manage to beat a horrible Northwestern team when they are leading by five with less than a minute left?
I can support the team, but still criticize the poor coaching in this game. They absolutely choked and the head coach should get the blame because it's the 10000000000000000 time we have not fouled when up by three at the end of the fucking game..........

What part of clutch three-hitting induced Michigan to shit the bed (AGAIN!) on an inbounds play and turn the ball over? And that wasn't even the worst inbound call, since the Bielfielt 1/2 court bomb was full on monkey rodeo.

So how many times did we piss that game away? Twice we missed 1 FT that would've ended it. Twice not fouling when up 3 with under 5 seconds left. Twice throwing it out of bounds when inbounding the ball under the basket. Good execution.
the people talking about firing Beilein, well, it's just laughable - too stupid to really even merit response, and shit is going to happen with a young team, but holy shit was that ridiculous. That took some serious fucking skills to blow that one.

It's happened twice against Wisconsin. Death to Backboards and the half-court shot at the Kohl Center. Tonight we had two different chances to foul and blew it both times.

It really is amazing how much of this shit we deal with compared to other programs in all of our sports. I blame DB and the admissions standards that prevent us from competing with Ohio State.
