So, you're blaming him...

To be coached by Larry Coker, no less. They gave Arizona a game last season, so there must be something down there.

There are thousands and thousands of uses for corn, all of which I will tell you about right now.

...and Pedro is working on an "adobe." Can you say that with me? "Adobe".

...and the Spurs.

Larry Coker coached Miami(YTM) to a national championship in 2001. He was also Miami's HC when they lost to Ohio State in the BCS National championship game in 2002.
Coker's UTSA team beat the U of Houston and John O'Korn in 2014.

According to the 30 for 30 The U Part 2, Larry Coker was the coach of Miami for those title game appearances, but did not do much coaching.

Good luck, young man. Pull a Matt Gutierrez and find some post-Michigan QB success.

Russell Belomy. Thanks for representing the UofM. You have represented well as a student athlete, despite some rather harsh criticisms. Hope you flourish!

I definitely don't blame the kid. He seemed perfectly nice, but he was not going to see the field at Michigan.

I hope he has one glorious year in a conference where the players are a step slower, an inch or two shorter and a few pounds lighter. He gave his all and represented the University with class.

CUSA has some very good teams. They went 4-1 in bowl games last year. Our son goes to UNT and the Texas teams get a lot of good Texas players. He will be able to play infront of his family. Last years UTSA starter graduated and their other QBs are young. Good luck sir!

Or 86? I've lost track and if you count the Glasgows and Kerridge and whoever else.
Good luck and God speed Mr Bellomy.
February 23rd, 2015 at 11:16 AM ^
We are at 85, which includes John O'Korn (who is still unofficial), Ryan Glasgow, Graham Glasgow, and Joe Kerridge.
Adding Wayne Lyons would put us at 86. I expect that to happen, but we'll have to lose someone else (or return someone to walk-on status).

Others say, "If you can't handle the cold, the blizzards and the snow, then that's perfectly okay and we can't really blame you."
Hope he does well in Texas.

Playing back in Texas again for a team where he's probably got a shot to play

Who the hell is down voting all these nice comments?

Why is Borges his nemesis? Al vouched for him as our backup QB in the first half of 2012.

The scum of MGOBLOG. That's who.

He played for Michigan and represented the University with class and honor. No hints of off the field issues or criminal behavior.
Why wouldn't a Michigan fan wish him well? It's not like he transferred to OSU.

Some sad fuck who somehow derives some satisfaction from exercising the awesome power of the neg. There are also people in the world who enjoy pulling the wings off of flies. Makes them feel big I guess.
February 23rd, 2015 at 11:33 AM ^
Listen, DON! You must not be short so you have NO IDEA what an ego boost it is to pull wings off a fly. Huge, HUGE! Its like wearing 3 pairs of lifts at once. Geez!
February 23rd, 2015 at 11:57 AM ^
I once caught a fly and looped a piece of my girlfriend's hair around its leg and flew him around on a leash. I'm sure that makes me fucked up in some way.
February 23rd, 2015 at 12:06 PM ^
according to my father in-law doing that to insects was a common form of entertainment in the 50's and 60's,
If you did that to a dog, then I would say yes, you're fucked up.
February 23rd, 2015 at 1:39 PM ^
Another cool trick is to pull one wing off a fly and put it on its back. It flaps the remaining wing furiously and basically just does a really fast backspin.

Well as of 5:25 pm, there are at least 7 sad fucks as you have that many down vote. I upvoted you to help level things out, but given that you have >41k points, you don't need the help.

Some other blogs display voting when you scroll over the point total. That would be a nice feature here. Street justice would be served upon the trolls.

sometimes too. But I think this site would devolve into a gigantic flame war pretty quickly.

Hope he can carry some good memories of his time here, along with his degree.
It would be great to see him get a fresh start on the field and a chance to enjoy the game again.
February 23rd, 2015 at 11:35 AM ^
I'm sure that it will be nice to be closer to home in Texas, where he will have a better chance to not only play, but have family and friends come watch him.
Best of luck, Russell! Thank you for your time at Michigan!
February 23rd, 2015 at 11:35 AM ^
It sets up well for Bellomy in that he probably has a more realizable shot to play at UTSA, but being closer - much closer - to home has to bring a little comfort as well. He will always have that degree from Michigan though, being that he's a graduate transfer. Hopefully, he makes it onto the field for the Roadrunners and does well. Best of luck to him.
February 23rd, 2015 at 1:04 PM ^
If I had a scholarship, I would be the QB for the practice squad to get my degree from Michigan. Best of luck to him and I hope he can get some more playing time.
