*Rumor* Giles Jackson to Washington
Giles Jackson committed Washington? Only positing because of the Washington angle. See you in week 2 maybe.
Something something Kieth Jackson died something something Apollo moon landing.
?
My Bad I didn't see this posted and wasn't on the board yesterday.
OK, my bad, I thought positing was something new.
That thread was clobbered yesterday evening so technically you wouldn't have seen it. You're good!
Ah, Kieth Jackson . . . Keith's evil doppelgänger.
Hopefully, you aren't positing Kieth.
In your defense, this news did get lost in the purgeoning last night.
I'm going to be pissed if he runs a kickoff back to the house against us. But best of luck to the young man other than that game.
Please kick away and don’t tempt mischievous fate.
You know damn well they'll kick it straight to him. Probably on a line drive not even giving the coverage team a chance, and he'll make them pay over and over.
And we will probably only have 10 men on the field...and it will be so windy that one of them will have to hold the football on the tee, so we basically end up with like 8 guys trying to cover
I’ll never forget Bo kicking twice to Rocket Ismael in the same game....so damn stubborn.
As someone posted last night, that would be the most Michigan thing ever for him to have a career day that game.
Ah yes, the old "Michigan trips over their own feet while someone from the opponent has a career-best game" story line. Can't wait to rehash that one this fall.
It's almost like I read this yesterday.
Not like it will matter. Well on our way to getting shit housed.
I did see a post last night that Chaundee Brown was not returning, but when i clicked on it MgoBlog hung. Bunch of posts were removed im guessing their was a reset or something.
But the headline said something like 'Chaundee Brown not returning' or something similar. Im guessing he posted on some type of social media?
I think it's just a Rivals insider post for the moment but yes, that is the word. The pursuit of Jacob Young makes more sense now.
I personally hope Jacob Young is not the best Howard can get. His steals do stand out, but other than that i would hope Howard can do a bit better in the assist to turnover ratio from that spot.
I love that kid’s tenacity would take him on my team in a heartbeat.
I will be sad if this is true.
He hasn't committed to Washington yet, though that is seemingly the most likely destination as of now.
Giles Jackson tells me he hasn't committed anywhere yet. Reports of him heading to Washington appear to be premature.

If true, what are the odds he runs a punt or kick off back for a TD against us?
Pretty slim.
Michigan has only allowed 3 kickoff return touchdowns in the last decade, and they have all come against teams that wear red.
Rutgers 2015, Maryland 2018, and Maryland 2019 makes for an unexpected cohort
Yes but two of those TDs came with our opponents wearing white jerseys in Michigan Stadium, and Jackson will also be wearing a white jersey when he takes the field for Washington against us so we're doomed.
Those were also our opponents' only touchdowns in those games, all of which we won handily. I can live with a kick return TD as long as the other part is true as well.
I'm thinking it will be more of a Rocket Ismail game.
Now you’ve done it Magnus.
I believe this was posted yesterday as the Greatest Thread in history
That'll be my first game back at Michigan Stadium (unless I'm freed from an obligation vs WMU) and I have endzone seats. It'll be rough seeing him right there in front of me at kickoff in the wrong uniform.
If he waited until the end of spring practice, he has probably picked up some useful info on the new systems that will be installed, even if it was only the basics.
Here are a few interesting links that you can file under the header "Getting to know your enemy".

The main battle that interests us is the QB position, between last year's starter Dylan Morris, who sent the 3 other QBs into the transfer portal, and true freshman 5* Sam Huard.
Also they return all 15 OL from last year including the 5 starters, so experience will be a huge plus for them.

holy shit, can i get the over on that game already?
"Also they return all 15 OL from last year including the 5 starters, so experience will be a plus."
Oh goody.
J. Giles Jackson, if you please
The J. Giles Band?
Correct!
He can go his own way. Go his own way.
Better band, Fleetwood or Eagles?
Eagles and it’s not even close
This is incorrect.
Neither, since the answer is the Ramones?
I guess if I was forced to pick one of those two it would be Fleetwood Mac since I hate the Eagles like COVID.
Better band breakup, Fleetwood or Eagles? Fleetwood Mac had Stevie Nicks dumping Lindsey Buckingham and dating Mick Fleetwood, and the McVies got divorced. Meanwhile, the Eagles had a pretty spectacular blowup during and after a concert, including Don Felder saying to Glenn Frey "Only three more songs till I kick your ass, pal" while they were performing Best of My Love.
