Can't turn the ball over that many times and keep winning. 11 turnovers in 6 games? Is that right?

too many opportunities to win the game, wasted.

Defense was pretty damn good.
This loss is on Borges and on the ST

poor game plan by both Borges and Mattison but ultimately it's on Hoke

How were we outcoached? We (again) spotted the opposition 14 points with turnovers. Then, we went "by the book" in bleeding the clock at the end of the game, and it was one snap from working. He snaps that ball, PSU maybe has 10 seconds to go down the field, maybe. I look at this game, again on Gardner. STOP TURNING THE BALL OVER, and you win. Easy enough.

I love Hoke and love what he is doing here but this was on him.

UM NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

This team is really not very good at all. I am disappointed in Hoke for not gambling more in O.T. The team that gambled won. I rarely say this about Michigan, but they really did not deserve to win. The defense failed when we needed a play with 37 seconds left and Penn State with no timeouts. It was a pathetic effort.

coaches gave away OT #1. if it werent for recruiting i might be pretty sour on these coaches.

Sorry triple post

I really don't understand the "gamble more in OT" thing all you guys are throwing around. PSU got the ball first, didn't score, we set up the EASY FG with our top-notch kicker. Blocked. Then back and forth. Yes, the team that gambled won, but that was after they dodged repeated bullets and at that point had nothing to lose. Michigan SHOULD have won the game in regulation and twice in OT.

Fans tend to prefer gambling, I think. But I'm with you: you have a high-percentage kicker, a high-variance quarterback, and your offensive line is Schofield-Burzynski-Glasgow-Kalis-Magnuson.
We can argue back and forth, but if people can't even see the argument for playing for the FG there, I don't know what to say.

devin is good at picking up globs of yards. settling for a 41 yard attempt without any real attempt to improve field position was a stupid decision.

I wonder what the heck these coaches are doing. They keep preaching technique and fundamentals and it is not working. Where is the improvement? We are young is not acceptable answer... we got beat by a Freshman QB!

no one needs to get fired.
we made some mistakes, made some hits
never agreed with those situations where it all comes down to the FG kicker. not fair.
THEY cheated like hell, got caught some of the time.
it's not going to be 6/6.
what else?
oh yeah GO BLUE!
