Aanchez is now 3 outs away from a no-hitter.
Cabrera's HR streak appears to be coming to an end tonight with only one measly single tonight.
On the plus side, because Sanchez is throwing a no-hitter Cabrera has still outhit the entire Twins lineup tonight.
are so superstitious.
I'm a baseball player. It comes naturally.
Well, you and the other baseball Fight Club Rule violators here.
Still got the control.
Fuck you Joe...
Fuck
studying the box score. twins have no errors and no runs. is that what you mean...?
Good game by him though, so close. Damn.
F%*& Should have walked him
My ass...kiss it.
Forever.
After 120 pitches curious as to why he wanted to throw so much off speed... Think he would have stuck with fastball and get beat on his best pitch. What an outing either way!
SEND GORDIE TO BOLIVIA
Didn't get no hitter but struck out teh side. Ridiculous
Well, a CG shutout ain't the worst thing ever. Gordie has some 'splainin to do though.
Agreed. Just like you don't bunt to break up a no-hitter, you don't do that either.
Just checked wikipedia to see when he threw his no-hitter. The last line of his intro said "He threw his second no-hitter May 24, 2013 against the Minnesota Twins."
I refreshed the page, and it was gone.
Wikipedia people/up-keepers are cray. (As in somebody was actually waiting for dude to throw a no-hitter so they could insert the fact onto the world wide webz.
Some times when I edit certian pages to troll, it gets changed back within 15 seconds. But I remember it said I was the owner of the Grand Rapids Hoops for two years before someone changed it back.
Yeah I've heard that if one were to go edit/change something on a page it'd be worse than getting in trouble with the Feds...The Wikipedia elites would be on one's ass like no other.
Who the h#% was that other idiot?
I will flame bait gordie for the rest of my life... I will even avoid political post for fear of bolivia simply because I will no longer be able to flaimbait gordie...
the future (And infinite negs) can't come soon enough.
jdon
is a 4pm start.
Try to tune in for the pre-game tomorrow, MGoTigerFans---the Tigers will be honoring the 1968 World Champion Tigers in pe-game ceremonies, and Mario and Rod were promoting it during Friday's game. I'd be shocked if they didn't include some live coverage of the pre-game events. At least 12 members of that '68 team will be there, including Mr. Tiger, Al Kaline, and the old donut fryer, Mickey Lolich.
Because of other commitments tomorrow, I've already set my DVR for 3 pm; at best, I'll be able to listen to most of the pre-game coverage on the radio, as Jimbo will be on the field for the ceremonies as a member of the '68 team.
