He would never have made it to the second team here. A little hard work and determination is what...........drives some to take the easy route.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:10 PM ^
Good luck to the kid except against us.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:13 PM ^
*You're displaying them as well.
February 27th, 2012 at 8:12 PM ^
This is a UM tendency!
February 27th, 2012 at 6:17 PM ^
LOL WOW you are an idiot
February 27th, 2012 at 6:10 PM ^
Well, Auburn does have a terrific business school.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:27 PM ^
you really don't expect to work in the business world.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:14 PM ^
It's really OK considering our 2013 class (assuming they remain committed).
February 27th, 2012 at 6:14 PM ^
annoying

It's the allure of the B-school...Glad it's over. Let's move on...
February 27th, 2012 at 6:20 PM ^
I didn't want to admit this, but I think that both are going to be headcases. I'll take a guy who falls in love with Michigan and realizes there and then his purpose on this earth. Flip-flops are for beaches.
February 27th, 2012 at 7:22 PM ^
Headcases is a little strong, but at the same time, I'm kinda glad both Diamond and Kozan are going elsewhere.
February 27th, 2012 at 10:12 PM ^
I can't say this about Kozan as much as Diamond, but how many times didn't we hear about how a different school lead for him? He has no focus. That will lead to an underachieving lineman. Get with me in 4 years...Headcase!
February 27th, 2012 at 6:23 PM ^
I have a funny feeling that that's going to go alright.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:23 PM ^
I think that this might have been a little more of a blow if he had made the decision a few weeks ago perhaps, but considering how 2012 and 2013 are shaping up on the offensive line, I don't anticipate losing any sleep over this decision coming now. Good luck to Alex.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:24 PM ^
He finally come out of hiding. Best of Luck to him
February 27th, 2012 at 6:30 PM ^
That Auburn Business school was just too good for Kozan to pass up. Its hard to compete over a kid who claims acadmics and a good business program are the most important factors in his decision when you're competing against an acadmic powerhouse like Auburn...

February 27th, 2012 at 7:35 PM ^
Why do you have to bring it strong like that man? Why you gotta bring up facts and satistics like that, Come on man.
But damn, you make tangent points!
February 27th, 2012 at 6:28 PM ^
Kozan's game theory skills led him to guaranteed Auburn b-school acceptance over Michigan without a b-school guarantee.
I don't really remember a ton of that class because it was at 8:30 AM (other than being the only class I had in the Education building), but that can't be right.
Oh well, back to 2013 recruiting...
February 27th, 2012 at 6:28 PM ^
Any chance Hoke told him we no longer had a spot for him with our burgeoning monster class of 2013? Or is he the type of kid you make room for? Sorry i just dont know much about recruits.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:30 PM ^
Darn it! Now our O-line is going to suck forever!!!
February 27th, 2012 at 6:32 PM ^
Hmmm....Kozan..........Kozan....nope dont remember that particular kid. Good luck to him either way i guess.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:32 PM ^
I actually am glad to see Auburn pulling in a really good OL class. If we expect to compete for the MNC, we just may need their help in knocking off an Alabama or an LSU at some point in the near future. That is, until we get some semblance of a playoff in place.
Good luck to Kozan and Diamond.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:34 PM ^
Guy is obviously a space cadet.....we don't need prima donnas just Michigan Men.

I have one message for you: grow up and leave the Kid alone. There might be a million good reasons for the guy to take his time considering--what if someone in his family got sick?--, and you go with "He's a flake and a bum." While I usually just roll my eyes, I like to think of Michigan fans as better than that.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:53 PM ^
Auburn lol what? He would have been smart to play as a big fish in a small pool at Iowa.
February 28th, 2012 at 12:08 PM ^
Auburn, has warm weather, nice looking women from what I understand and perhaps most importantly is in the ESSS-EEE-CEEE which counts ESPN as a wholly owned subsidiary anymore and getting an offer from a (good) SEC school is just going to turn a kids head nowadays. I'm just as confused about being unable to read a depth chart as everyone else, but it's not my call. Good Luck to him.
February 27th, 2012 at 6:59 PM ^
Thank God it over!!!!! Save the spot for a 2013 OL anyways
February 27th, 2012 at 7:01 PM ^
February 27th, 2012 at 7:12 PM ^
Best of luck to him. He would have been very nice to have for a solid three deep at center, but Kugler takes the sting out of this.
February 27th, 2012 at 7:25 PM ^
lol this thread is why michigan fans are the worst fanbase in all of sports
February 27th, 2012 at 7:44 PM ^
I don't mean to speculate, but I wonder how much $$$ Auburn threw at him and Diamond.
I'm just kidding, I clearly mean to speculate.
Oh well, that really hurts as we really don't have very many good offensive line recruits coming in in these next 2 classes.
February 27th, 2012 at 7:53 PM ^
On the bright side, I learned a lot about Kozan, Turkey.
February 27th, 2012 at 8:04 PM ^
I have always been a recruiting nut...i mean i know my shit..but for the first time i dont really care anymore...i just trust Hoke and staff so much i wait for a hello post and say yep kid seems like a player for real

February 27th, 2012 at 8:27 PM ^
LOL finally.
February 27th, 2012 at 8:41 PM ^
Sigh...Alex Alex Alex. Depth chart wise, Kozan's choice makes no sense. Never expected him to ever enter the Ross buiding...c'mon you all knew the same. I visualize Trooper Taylor picked him up in the infamous Tiger Prowl bus and was his spirit guide or his "weird naked Indian" guide while he got lost in the desert and found himself. I could never commit to a guy with that name.....amirite rolldamntide? He should have just gone to Iowa. Maybe it is just me, but I just do not like to see midwest kids got to an sec "scew" (that's how the pronounce 'school' in the southeast......like screw w/o the r cuz they're "not into the whole brevity thing").
February 27th, 2012 at 8:42 PM ^
that the trees at Toomer's Corner are dying?
February 27th, 2012 at 8:50 PM ^
I hope he has a great NFL careeer because if the NFL isn't in his future, he made the wrong call. Of course, getting into Ross is definitely not a given, particularly with the rigors of a major sport.
