My son at 12 is almost as big a fan as his old man, we recently set up his MGOFishtank, complete w/ maize and blue rocks, a uniformed gnome with holes drilled to sink, and background pictures, to his specifications, split between Denard and Tom Brady. He has been going to the Big House since I carried him there, and this year will accompany the crew to the road game at Penn State for his first road game. |

In my mind a #5 overall pick should be a proven player. Ziggy may turn out well maybe not. He had a grand total of 4.5 sacks last year...whoop de doo. I was hoping for Milliner, who looks every bit a pro-bowl type player at a position that has killed Detroit for decades, it seems. They still have time to roll the dice on Honey Badger, yes I know he likes to smoke weed, again I say...whoop de doo. Milliner and Honey Badger could have been an elite combo for a long time. If you draft a speed rushing DE, one with more than a handful of sacks would sure seem like a better idea. Project players are for the 5-6-7th round, not the #5 overall pick, in my humble maize and blue opinion. |

Every team in every sport wants to win, part of being Michigan is wearing the target that comes with the prestige of all opponents beating Michigan at anything. Does anyone circle the game with MSU on their calendar? Buck up and man up sports are cyclical and Michigan is trending upward across the board, hockey will bounce back quickly. We are fans of the greatest University in the world, but sports is sports and we can't win every single game every time. How boring would it be if we did!!! |

No way in holy hell we beat MSU and IU, probably will lose to both as much as it pains me to say it. Freshman, no matter how talented, tend to wilt at the wrong time. I can see the MSU game being a replay of the last game, hope I am wrong with all my heart. Purdue is not a gimme either, especially after last night. |

Dantonio is still looking for offensive line help, maybe Nix is available. Offensive line was there worst unit by a mile last season, but alas Dantonio brings in one three star to "reload" the O-line. Pipkins is going to own some Sparty ars this year. |

Coaches have called guard his natural position. My guess is based more on the athleticism, length and speed of Magnuson/ Braden. Both have much larger frames and longer arms, which is a huge help dealing with speedy edge rushers. I think Magnuson is our next All-American tackle. |

LT- Taylor-duh LG- Kalis-beast C- Miller, but Kugler will challenge RG- Schofield vs Bryant RT- Braden vs Magnuson, Schofield moving inside increases our athleticism
