I really always want ohio to lose, but it might be better for us to have ohio win considering we don't play Wisco again. I'm curious to hear thoughts on this.

Ohio has the best change to win the B1G by far, every loss of theirs helps us.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:21 PM ^
Yeah and we already hold the tiebreaker over Wisconsin. We won't have the same vs OSU ad their overall will be better than ours (assuming we split with them).

<br>We want the bratwursts to win.

I think that if Wisconsin wins and then we also beat MSU tomorrow, we take the lead in the Big Ten standings, so in the short term anyway (there is plenty of hoops left to play, of course), Wisconsin winning helps to put us in a good spot.

Is there anyone who flops more the Jared Sullinger. My god that guy is a pussy.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:38 PM ^
No kidding. He's lucky that wasn't a technical foul instead of a blocking call

Holy quadruple post, batman!

Double quad post . . . sounds like a figure skating move: "he goes for a double quad post and hits it clean!! The same post four times, and then another post four times. Verne, I don't know if I've ever seen a double quad post executed so well." Niiicee.
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders --- the most famous of which is when some poor soul had something like 100 multiple posts after he spilled coffee on his keyboard --- but only slightly less well known is this: never hit the enter key more than once while waiting for your reply to post!"

...but clearly, sales are more easily broken down based on bioassessment data gathered from the Scioto River, which runs through Columbus. The chart below corresponds almost precisely to historic jersey sales over time using data from stores along the route...

This really shows how the tide changed in Ohio between Bo and Moeller. However, some more recent data allow us to better assess the more recent changes in tide of the rivalry.

His dad looks like a huge pussy too

Wisconsin hanging around.
Dan Dakich is obsessed with point guards who "stay low."

By Brewzwitz! Wow!
February 4th, 2012 at 3:38 PM ^
This is a classic Wisconsin game. They play like crap for 30 minutes, but they play so slow that their opponent can't create much of a working lead, then they hit a few threes and it's a one-point game with 3:30 left.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:43 PM ^
Sullinger is less talented version of Griffin with a bad attitude, Taylor is n average but not a good basketball player.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:48 PM ^
He's nothing like Griffin. People are afraid to say it, but the best comparison to him is Corliss Williamson with a couple more inches. He'll be considered a big bust if he's drafted in the top 5.
February 4th, 2012 at 4:16 PM ^
Blake Griffin and Jared Sullinger's games are not at all similar. I'm not sure what you are watching.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:46 PM ^
Jordan Taylor currently with a slight lead on William Buford in the quest to be recognized as the Big Ten's most overrated player.
February 4th, 2012 at 9:17 PM ^
Your account name is awful. You might want to try again.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:47 PM ^
If Wisconsin had hit their open 3's, they win this game easy.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:47 PM ^
They need to sink a 3 and get a stop.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:50 PM ^
How is it possible to travel if you only touch one foot to the floor one time?
February 4th, 2012 at 3:51 PM ^
I know OSU is hated but we shouldn't really be rooting for Wisconsin. Finishing ahead of OSU in the standings is unlikely whereas Wisconsin is dead even with us both record-wise and is, at best, even on talent and potential.
I want as high a seed as possible, both in the BTT and the Big Dance.
February 4th, 2012 at 3:54 PM ^
Wisconsin has a stupid offense. It takes the entire shot clock to get a shot off every single time. And people are stupid enough to just say, "Well that's Wisconsin basketball," no, it's just dumb basketball. If they want to be a near the top, but never actually at the top program - then they can keep doing what they are doing.
Ohio State does get games called in a way that favors them. The refs just don't call as many fouls (on either team) when they play, of course the bigger, stronger team will always win.
February 4th, 2012 at 4:05 PM ^
Wisconsin has one of the best tempo-free offenses in the country.
February 4th, 2012 at 4:28 PM ^
No kidding, look who Wisconsin has on the floor. Who's the last Wisconsin player to do anything in the NBA? Devin Harris? And yet they're always at the top of the Big 10. They do that through pace, and the way the swing offense creates mismatches by teaching every player to post up. I mean, even Gasser scored in the post.
If LeBron James had played one year for Bo Ryan, he'd have at least 2 NBA championships, because Ryan would have forced him to develop a post game, something he's hasn't done until this year.
February 4th, 2012 at 4:02 PM ^
Sullinger is going to be yet another in a long line of OSU big men flops in the NBA, joining complete duds Kosta Koufos, BJ Mullens, and of course the 87-year old Greg Oden.
February 4th, 2012 at 4:05 PM ^
I don't want to be "that guy", but Oden turned 88 this year.
February 4th, 2012 at 5:18 PM ^
after watching him pick up 24 pts, 10 rebs, 3 stls and a win in Madison where Matta had never won.
February 5th, 2012 at 11:07 AM ^
Might not be a total flop in the NBA but he won't be getting the calls he gets in the B1G that allow him to dominate. The suckeyes will continue to win because they are the best team the B1G has to offer. The league is not going to let them lose anymore. The B1G is looking for one of the nr 1 seeds and it has one in the suckeyes if they keep winning.
