Pryor to CFL?
The right price being some ink work on the arm and a new car?
I demand TP photoshopped into a Roughriders uniform.
It's pretty terrible I threw it together in like 5 minutes (I'm also definitely not a photoshop master) but I figured it would suffice.
nice work . i tried to at least give him #2 but i doubt he would get that as its already being used by a linebacker (the dude i dubbed over)
Almost as disgusting.
it almost looks like you put his head on a white guy. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Also I can't photoshop, so I really should keep my keyboard shut.
that there is very little interest in TP in the NFL right now. He's going to need to spend some time in the CFL or even the UFL to prove he's not the second coming of Maurice Clarrett.
Both Tom Clements and Warren Moon had pretty good runs up north. The huge field, only 3 downs and mandatory 1 yard neutral zone helps legitimate dual threat QBs. TP might not actually throw well enough. The wide field and 12th player makes having a quick release with some zip on it a plus.
Don't forget Doug Flutie, who killed it in the CFL.
I don't think TP has the arm strength or accuracy to be a passer in that league.
I think a prison-striped sweater vest would be more appropriate.
Do the Roughriders want him to play football or sell hot dogs ? ? ?
i thought he was going to be their new mascot...
i thought he was going to be their new mascot...
So I take it that they don't think he'll be eligible for the supplemental draft? How does it work if he goes to the CFL? Can he get drafted in the 2012 NFL draft (or later depending on how long he stays in the CFL) or would he be an FA?
Are the car dealerships, girls, and tattoo parlors up to par in Saskatchewan?
no chicks. no tatts. lots of trucks.
whaet and potash in abundance though.
Auto +1 -- Baghdad Bob in a sweatervest is just too funny. Well done sir.
10 minute photshop job, anyone can do it!
Fire and cruise missles next as the Investigation goes...
the one with the antlers is kind of cute . . .
Yeah, very nice rack on that one.
Ouch man beast or just plain regular beast huh?
Not a good sign when 40% of known females can kick my ass in a bar fight.
So let me get this straight, they can entertain you, know how to get you a beer, and then serve up dinner. I think I must move to Saskatchewan.
these pics look like they could be from my home town in central MI
Like I said before, I will go to his game in Montreal, decked out in UM gear, and heckle him non-stop unitl removed. The seats are very close to the players, they hear everything (and often talk back to the fans).
Maybe I should bring a sign? Wonder what witticism would be suitable...anybody?
Freaking Genius.
"Our forces are winning!" "The NCAA investigation committee has found, will find, nothing!"
"We will make the NCAA drink it's own ink on August 12!"
Does that mean Pryor is no longer associated with the USA and we never have to hear about him again? Sweet.
Every time the new tOSU QB takes the field.
Every time someone mentions Jim Tressel.
Every discussion of tOSU sanctions.
And that's just off the top of my head.
In fact, I think we could start an OSU BINGO game here on MGoBlog during the LiveBlogs. Maybe instead of calling it "BINGO", we name the game "SCNDL". Instead of numbers, we use words like, "Tressel", "Tattoo", "Pryor", "Ellis", "Ramzy" and "Sanction", to name a few. First person to get a row, column or diagonal filled in wins a free T-Shirt from the MGoStore.
RIght, but after this year he'll slowly fade away.
And I'm totally down for some SCNDL on Saturdays this fall.
If he goes to the Roughriders, he will be taking a big pay cut from OSU . . .
He's your problem now, Canada.
Canada gave us bieber fever, we give them TP. I guess its a wash.
Let's not forget Brian Adams...
is TP turning into Kenny Powers ? Tell me the similarities aren't starting to add up - this would just ice it . . .
This would be great, no way in hell could he spell Saskatchewan
Also : MS Paint +1
Beat me to it, yours is also wayyyy better.
get me out of here
You've had the power all along...just click your heels together three times...
Moving to Canada is one way to avoid the IRS now that they'll be after him.
Roughriders....mount up!
Sadly, ( or hilariously) for Pryor, he wouldn't even be the starting QB for the Riders. Darian Durant has led the Roughriders to back to back Grey Cup games, has almost 10,000 passing yards the last two seasons (!), was a 2009 All Star, and is easily the most popular player on the team.
Pryor would be a WR or a backup, which would be even more delicious. Backup CFL QB? I can't even count all the lulz.
He goes Canadian for pay.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.
Will be interesting, will be the Pony Excess Part II.
Tressel could be his offensive coordinator

"Saskatchewan Roughriders already talking to, and targeting, former OSU QB Terrelle Pryor. #Thisaintcolumbusanymore"
Hilarious.
In the past, QB's could go from CFL to the NFL, but no QB has done that successfully in a while. Joe Kapp / Theissman , etc, made the transition, but that was years ago.
He could also head to the UFL.
guy at rutgers has a good page on QB's who've played CFL then NFL....
http://www.rci.rutgers.edu/~maxymuk/home/passing/qbcflnfl.html
Of note:
- the latest to succssfully make move north then south was Jeff Garcia. He played CFL for 94-98 then came back with the 49'ers to have a pretty good NFL career.
- Warren Moon, Joe Theisman, Doug Flutie, and Jason Garrett (yes, Red Jesus went North to start his career) are probably the best known modern era QB's. Joe Kapp and Tobin Rote (the last Lions QB to win a NFL Championship)
- Erik Kramer, Billy Joe Tolliver and Sean Salisbury all did the mid career CFL stops before returing to the NFL for runs of success for various times.
not a huge CFL fan, but Saskatchewan wouldn't be where I'd want to land if I was TP... I'd want to go to Montreal to play for Marc Trestman who has a great reputation for developing QB's and offenses (straight Bill Walsh-style QB development school: footwork, reads, arm mechanics). If not that, I'd thing I'd rather go play UFL for Dennis Green if I was serious about wanting to be an NFL Qb eventually and get myself ready. But that would assume TP has advisors and his own mind working FOR him and his long term interests....
Who wouldn't want to play for the Saskatchewan Roughriders?
Just about anyone who could play in the NFL...to be honest.
Just a couple years ago, I was already imagining tasting the bile when watching NFL Sunday broadcasts, with TP on the field, and the broadcasters going on and on about his stellar career vs. Michigan, his BCS victories, etc. Thanks, TP, for your greed and idiocy.
He's in Florida, Speedo to Speedo, with Tressel.
