Makes sense he let his family decide on OSU for him. Kid always seemed kinda weak and like he could never make a decision for himself.

Can't wait to see this pussy crying on the sidelines when Dax and our D punches OSU in the fucking mouth come next November.

Michigan would have been very happy to have Zach H. However, Daxton Hill was/is much more important to the Michigan roster. And my contention has always been that Daxton was (significantly) more of a difference-maker. You OSU fans, of all people, should know what it means to have an elite safety patrolling the back end of the defense.

Sucks that Michigan missed out on him. Was always going to be a tough pull getting him out of Columbus. I think it's important to keep in mind that we already have two high ceiling developmental DE prospects on the roster in Taylor Upshaw and Julius Welschof from the 2018 class who will be RS Freshmen next year. Will be interesting to see how this turns out in a couple of years.

isn't the first, won't be the last - but EVERY school deals w/the near misses, as that's the nature of the beast in the courtship of 17 & 18 yr olds

the focus is and should be on the 'gets' not those that 'got away'

'19 UM team will be even better than '18 - even w/o those graduating and leaving early ...and that's with or w/o Patterson, though I strongly suspect he returns

I am sure he is a good kid but he is now partnered with the enemy, so screw him. And come next November after thanksgiving, everyone else on this blog will be saying the same thing. Book it!

He’s a great player and a good kid.  Maybe he played us but I don’t think so.   I think it’s very hard at his age to go against the wishes of those closest to you constantly.   We have some great DT talent coming in and we can hopefully find one more that we can get.  Best of luck to him.

While the result against OSU probably had a big impact, I think Meyer leaving was even bigger. I dont’ think he or his family were too fond of him, especially after the summer. And if Harrison going to OSU also means that Meyer is not in college football anymore, that’s ok. Needed that scumbag out of football.
