SIAP/META: MGoPoints

The first rule of MGoBlog is to never discuss MGoPoints.

Thus, for the sake of rule-following, let us assume there is this other thing, called Joints, that you receive when you post, are upvoted, etc. Or that you lose, when you post bad threads (possibly like this one) or make stupid comments.

My comment is that the Joints system does not seem to be working right now. For example, I've had the same Joint total for some time now, despite many uplifting and miraculous comments, some of which have been upvoted in ways heretofore unbeknownst to MGoKind.

Is this problem well known? Not that I care about Joints. But if I did, I'd want them to work.

The points work then they get broke.  Doesn't look like website functionality is a priority for the owner so my suggestion would be to not care tbh.

I think you are onto something...if posters got joints for good threads and comments, I would imagine A LOT of the content would improve.  But, who is supplying?

If the Joint System isn't working, that's between you and your supplier, whether it is an officially licensed store as in some states or some dude that peddles his wares out of the back of a 1983 Caprice.

My joint machine has been stuck in neutral for several weeks.  I was going to hit up the mods, but waiting to see if I was hallucinating.

I guess this is the moment to say:  "Neg away people"  ;o)

Shortly after joining MGOBlog in September, my joints rose pretty quickly to 44, but I too haven't seen any change in my joints since then, despite making more posts. I figured that people just didn't like my posts enough to send me some joints, but after seeing this post it now makes sense.
