I’ve been sitting on this one for a bit, but a few weeks ago I got a chance to see some of the mock-ups in progress as they were debating different designs, but the locker room is getting a much needed refresh:

Massive individual lockers with shoe storage, flat screen nameplates, barber shop, bowling alley, all new lounge; if you’ve seen the locker room recently, it was waaaay behind the competition.

It doesn’t show it in this video but basketball should be getting similar upgrades.

Where's the Matt Weiss memorial computer crimes lab so we use our AI powered spy cameras that can steal everyone's signs and schedule unsanctioned burger meetups?

But seriously this looks nice.

I don't disagree....   the entire landscape of big college football programs is insane.

the contrast of being an 18yo working your way through school, probably taking on a large amount of debt even while putting in 12 + hours a day between studying and working, to earn a degree....   and a building away there are 18yo who are there on full scholarship, bowling, shooting pool, hanging out in something akin to the American Express Centurion Lounge.

But whaaat about the visitor locker rooms....

In actuality, my Grandma wrote Harbaugh a letter back when he was first hired about making sure the visitor locker rooms were just to the competition.  And he wrote her back with a letter, "I totally agree.  Sportsmanship over Gamesmanship." "We will be the first to upgrade our {visitor} facilities.
