Iowa returns it for a TD. 11-10 Hawkeyes going into the 2-point conversion. Wow. Iowa's defense scares the crap out of me. They may be the best we face all year.

Clark is looking really bad out there right now. I know Iowa is blitzing more, but it is clear that Clark is not comfortable taking off like he was last year. I'm sure the media will say this is more proof that the Big 10 is bad (of course, USC (NTUSC) over Ole Miss was a sign of SEC depth), but Iowa looks to have found an identity, and they might be better than people expected after that first week.

Great field position to get a score here. Also did anyone see the shot of the TT D-coordinator on the sidelines - talk about sweating like a pig, looked like he was an extra on the set of Predator.

Yeah - didn't seem to make sense then. They still had to play nearly a quarter of football. As for Iowa being the B10 sleeper, I think this is more an example of the rock-paper-scissors matchups in the Big 10. Like how Illinois has beaten OSU far more often than any other team recently, or MSU over ND for years. Iowa is a good team, but they just seem to play PSU tough. Take them out of the rain and force them to match up talent-wise with PSU or OSU, and Iowa would be run off the field. EDIT: And let's not forget, Iowa has done this with a blocked punt, a safety, an interception, and a fumble. Iowa is not dominating this game as much as riding some luck.

We really dodged a bullet, weather-wise, in Ann Arbor today. It misted a little in the second and third quarters, but nothing like the downpours that hit Columbus, State College and elsewhere. In the fourth quarter, the sun was shining.
