It's well earned. He's not the most athletic dude, but he's a great FB player and seems to be a super hard worker.

His change of direction is not very good. He's pretty fast in a straight line and hits hard. Pair that with always knowing where to go and you have a pretty darn good player. Times where he's schemed into having to shut down a bunch of space are probably always going to be a weakness for him though.

Most LBs are gonna struggle trying to cover 4.3 slot bugs in space and it is a weakness that Brown has helped address with more zone....PSU being an exemption and why OSU is really really concerning.

Glasgow, Hawkins or Mettellus 1-1 with no help and against players in that mold is not an ideal thing ---- I would think any team with that kind of player should have an automatic read when that comes up, as it is just too much to expect consistently.

A St. Kovacs player if ever there was one. For his "lack of athleticism" he sure as shit makes a ton of really impressive tackles. Seems to always be in the right position, takes good angles in pursuit, never afraid to bloody his nose (or the nose of an opponent)... He has been a huge asset this year.

Most underrated player on the team.  Our LB play, in the aggregate, is better than last year's when we had Devin Bush.  Glasgow is a big reason why.

It's an amazing accomplishment and his family should be proud of what all of them have achieved.

BTW - 5/12 LBs are from the B1G, and only two from the SEC.

The young man is a gamer...   we're fortunate to have him, for sure.   Too bad he's the last of the Glasgow brothers...... wish his parents were amish and there were 5 more all 1 year apart in age.

He's been much better than I expected, and could well make it 3/3 on Glasgow kids being drafted.

Not to defend Bachie, but if you had each of these guys on the list take a drug test at the right time my guess is a couple would come up hot.  Performance enhancement isn't limited just to over-achieving white guys.

This is quite an honor to make this list. I am pleased that he is getting recognized as he is often grossly underappreciated by Michigan fans. It is uninformed and lazy to refer to him as merely serviceable. He is an excellent player, and this is an outstanding external recognition for his remarkable performance this season.

Glasgow fits the profile of "gritty walk-on who rose to be a valued started for a ranked P5 team" who happens to be related to two former college walk-on NFL players. He's a very good story.

He is also 2nd on the team in tackles and 3rd in sacks. He's having a very good season. I don't know how he compares to the rest of the country, but he's as good a representative from the Michigan LB corp as anyone when you look at the stats.

Unrelated but since Gedeon is still in the NFL, how does everyone feel Glasgow compares to Gedeon? Similarly, McCray and Bolden? Glasgow is smaller than all of them but feels like more of a play maker.
