Good to see Director Smith being relevant again after the tattoo fiasco. Welcome back!

With every single tweet, it becomes more unfathomable that a certain AD actually effed up this opportunity to get him, or so the story goes, a few years ago. Can you imagine being a few years into these tweets? We'd still be hanging on them and it wouldn't even be old most likely.

As for this tweet, an excellent parry to Smith's thrust, if you will.

What would appear to be Brandon's biggest mistake, gave Harbaugh time to build his resume as not just a successful college coach but a successful NFL coach with the ability to bring in pretty much any assistants he wants. He lived the NFL dream including coaching in the Super Bowl against his brother. He dealt with the NFL politics.

Now he's back in Ann Arbor and is viewed as the savior or the program and can truly appreciate what he has. Had he come to Michigan earlier, he may have felt an itch to try the NFL at some point. Hopefully that is gone now as he truly seems to be living the dream here now. He has every opportunity to go down as a legendary coach  and his NFL experience gives him access to all kinds of people who may not be as interested without the NFL experience. This includes players, coaches, entertainers, media and politicians.

Brandon's ego may have gotten in the way in the original chance to get Harbaugh but it may in reality be his greatest accomplishment. It's fitting that Brandon's greatest accomplishment was a fuck up.

OMG! That just made my day, week, year! I almost want to go check Twitter to see that it's actually real! Real or not I'm still laughing!

So instead of picking a rival coach to go after like he did at Stanford, Harbaugh has decided to instead take on the entire SEC, the entire ACC, and now the Ohio State athletic department.  Love it.

as soon as I read it my imagination took over. Wouldn't matter what team he was coaching, but if anyone thinks he'd miss out on an opportunity like this, they just don't know the man. That would lead to some very funny shit. Glad you posted that. The imagined exchanges between those two guaranteed participants and whoever else had the balls to join in would be absolutely priceless.  Good post my man.
