Reached out to Todd Furhman who is Fox Sports Vegas Analyst after LV pulled the odds on Harbaugh and ][\/][ . This was his reponse to me last night. Take it for what you will:
"Todd Furhman: think the book just panicked, haven't heard from sources I really trust that his arrival in Ann Arbor is a foregone conclusion. Hope all's well my friend"

I checked yesterday, so these might change as I am typing, but I think the latest lines in a couple places were +300 for Michigan as well as for him not coaching at all in 2015, but -160 for a move to Oakland. Dizzying to follow indeed, and again, I am sure those will move in the next 15 minutes, the way things seem to be going now.

No way he coaches in SF. He is fired after all coaching vacancies are filled and sits out the year and gets paid. This is likely if he doesn't play ball with any trade situation where he won't negotiate an extension/new contract or doesn't like hamstringing his new team with a year or two of bad drafts.
