  • Smith is Offensive MVP with 3 TD's, passing game goes through Jake Butt who eclipses 100 yards, Kyle Kalis plays the game of his life. Wormley, Henry, Taco each sack Barrett. These 6 are added to the list of "OK BUT YOU GET ALL YOUR GOOD PLAYERS FROM OUR STATE" Michigan legends.
  • OSU tries the Connor Cook method of attacking Lewis and is reminded that they have neither Connor Cook nor Aaron Burdbridge. JD ices his All-American cake with 2 timely interceptions, one in the redzone to seal the game.
  • Blake O'Neill wins the battle of Aussie punters as we win the field position battle. We finally block some form of kick (punt/FG/PAT).
  • After getting out to a 28-14 lead in the 3rd quarter, Urban attempts to will his team back but morale is too low and our defense too stingy. Block M Boyz hold on 28-21

Harbaugh has been sandbagging the whole time.  Running game will feature 2! 100 yard rushers (Smith and Johnson).  Rudock will throw for 256 with 2 tds (Johnson & Darboh).  Rudock will lose 1 fumble.

We will return 1 kick to the house.  Defense will notch 2 interceptions and a fumble recovery on a sack.

Game not that close 35-21.

It's amazing how much these new maize and blue glasses help my eyes.

I will say this: thank the CREATOR that this game is in Michigan. If it were in Columbus, I'd say this game is a tossup or even in OSU's favor (I mean, obviously - home field and all). I'm just saying I (naturally) feel more confident that this game is in Michigan. I have a feeling it will be much like the 2011 game. Just back and forth with the game coming down to our defense needing to make a stop.

EDIT: Oh, and if anyone thinks Elliot is going to have a bad game, you have another thing coming. I just have a feeling that he will have a pretty good game, which has become an unfortunate tradition for OSU running backs the last 10-12 years.

28-24, M

Joey Bosa gets called for targeting but it gets overturned. Michigan Stadium crowd reigns boos upon a bewildered and overwhelmed officiating crew. Luckily it doesn't affect the outcome.

Refs call targeting on Bosa, throw him out of game.  Replay official reverses call, throws entire ref crew including himself out of the game.  Brutus refs the rest of the way.  Despite not being able to see out his costume and being terribly biased, still calls the best game we've seen this year.  When teams tie at the end of regulation, Harbaugh and Meyer decide to settle it at the 50.  Harbaugh by KO, worth one point.

It could happen...

it depends on how much more crap comes out of Columbus.

20-17 Michigan if Meyer regains control.

31-10 Michigan if he loses them, even a little bit.

We just need to control Elliot and let Barrett try and beat us, which I don't believe he can do. Our secondary is better than MSU's.

You may look at Ohio State's latest game and think that there's no way that'll happen, but I remember the 2013 Game.  Suddenly all the stars on the offense played to their potential, and it was a complete shootout.  That'll happen again.

We won't be very happy about what it does to our defensive stats, but then again our fanbase never is happy.

Michigan - 112 Ohio - 3 After the game, Urb feigns heart problems and says something about missing his family and steps aside as HC only to miraculously change his mind on the following Monday after a "spirited practice" with a future murderer. I can see it now, and it looks glorious.

looked a little better than I expected against some runs that Penn State put in specifically because of the Indiana game.  I think the OSU ground game is a little less forboding after watching us this weekend.  Our defensive line really responded.

1. Peppers scores a TD

2. OSU has clear targeting penalty against UM that gets called then reversed

3. Harbaugh has two GIF moments (one freakout, one post-game celebration)

4. OSU comes out hot, UM punches them in the mouth, motivation is lost.

5. OSU scores early in 4th Quarter looks like they're going to rally, UM hits back. Game, Blouses

6. Box score:

                Q1          Q2          Q3          Q4

UM            7             3             7             7

OSU           7             0             0             7

OSU tries to replicate what Indiana did but it doesn't work very well as M is better prepared and Elliott's head isn't really in the game. M offense does just enough and avoids turnovers.

The last time we won 24-12 I was in the stands and couldn't talk for days.  Any win would be great, but I think we will be pretty dominant.  Glad to see the defense back against PSU.

Michigan opens on defense first and record a pick six on the third play. Michigan scores 14 on offense and snags another pick six before the end of the first. It's 28-0 going into the second quarter. It's 35-14 at the half. Michigan scores on their opening second half drive to make it 42-14. Osu starts to melt down and fold up. Osu get a garbage time td and Michigan rolls em 56-14 as Urban's house of cards begins to crumble.

M - 24, Bad Guys - 21

Michgan ends the game exactly the same way as MSU, marching down the field, draining clock, and nailing a field goal as time expires. Unlike MSU's kicker, ours just coldly stares at the opponets as they leave the field.

After the game Mike Weber annouces that he is transferring to Michigan by ripping off his OSU Jersey and having the MgoBlog "Win with Character, Win with Cruelty" shirt underneath.

I think we should ease off of the Elliots head won't be in the game comments based off of one, awful, reactionary, emotional, post-game, rant. What he said was stupid only in that he said it to the media. I'll give him this, he was never histrionic, made his point, and at the end said that OSU would be a different team the next Saturday.

I'm more afraid that Ohio State will learn a lot from their deficencies from the State game. State had a great game plan defensively but poor conditions, and poor play calling, played into the outcome of the game just as much as the execution of MSU's defense.

Ohio State will do more to try and control the clock, keeping their defense more at rest than it was against MSU, making this a seesaw, back and forth matchup late into the game. Elliot will break a long run with under two to go, giving the Buckeyes a 3 point advantage. A well executed, two-minute offense, by Rudock, leads to a FG that ties the game, and sends it to overtime. Michigan loses the toss, holds Ohio State to a FG. On the ensuing possession, Rudock finds Butt on a post route for a TD, and Michigan wins 29-26.

but a couple things I do KNOW.

Habaugh will have our team ready to play.

Ohno st will get our best shot.

Ohno st will quickly know this Michigan team ain't the Hawaii Rainbows!!!!

This is Ohno st's best LAST chance to beat us.

This isn't Harbaughs team, it's Brady Hoke's team!!   Harbaughized

Harbaugh's team is still being built for them.  Many will be watching from the sidelines.

Ohno st had best tighten up that chin strap, Coach Harbaugh, has been getting ready for you for a long time.

What ever you get from the Coach, you have earned it!

I hope Ohno st enjoys what's coming, I know I will.

Still terrified of OSU's ability to stretch us to death, but Urban all of a sudden doesn't look like a guru so who knows

Sorry, only been a Michigan fan since 2006 and all I've known is pain. I'll believe it when I see it.
