FB new Nutrition plan under Herbert is well received by players

Here's one reason to be optimistic about the 2018 season. It sounds like our players are not only getting stronger and bigger, but it seems their morale has improved too because of the new meal plan. Things can only get better for our Offensive line with Herbert, and Wariner and if that group gets better, this team could be scary good. https://www.google.com/amp/s/247sports.com/college/michigan/Article/Mic…

I've seen several quotes from players that the food being offered to them wasn't very tasty.  Players aren't trying to lean up to play Thor or Wolverine-    they should be eating tasty food that is a mix of carbs, fat, and protein.   It's pretty easy to make meals that taste good for athletes who are maintaining body fat and trying to gain weight.

People I know who've complained about eating regimens were eating more of a body builders diet-   eating every 2.5 hours and eating things like grilled chicken and white rice with no sauce or flavor.   It sounds like this kind of thing may have been what had been offered to the players under the previous trainer.

it's mostly just laziness, not a strict adherence to a diet. people who eat like that aren't food motivated, they don't care what it tastes like. so it's easier to cook without having to bother with flavor.

I eat chicken and rice every day for lunch. people think I'm crazy about my diet, in reality I just don't want to be bothered with having to think about my meals.

Wow, did you come up with that on your own? Pretty sure I've read those very same words about forty times on here the past 2 months. That's okay though dude, most people dont possess the ability to create their own individual thoughts and opinions now days. You're not an outlier. To simplify it, you're an idiot like most!
