"3 stars don't beat OSU and get you into the CFP."

According to 247, in the recruiting classes of 2014 through 2018, Notre Dame signed 116 recruits.

Of those 116 recruits, 52 were three-stars. That's 44%.

Oddly enough, Notre Dame is in the playoffs despite that.

I know you love ripping on 3 stars, but Clemson has more 3 stars committed right now than Michigan.

There are certainly some run of the mill 3 stars and there are 3 stars that were outstanding HS players but maybe project to a different position in college and their rating suffers.  There are elite athletes with great “testing numbers” that haven’t quite put it all together yet and are 3 stars.  There are late bloomer 3 stars that won’t sniff the field for 4 years and will break out as RS juniors.

Im not going to argue stars with you, but it seems to me that the staff is doing a good job with their lower ranked guys.  The ones that don’t work out can/will move on.

I wish I was in your head when you thought you were making a “funny joke” about two quadriplegics arm wrestling. You do know we can move our arms, just not our hands?
