November 8th, 2010 at 2:43 PM ^
Maybe it's just me, but I see "Purdon't" as being in the same vein as "Spartina," "DickRod" and the rest.
November 8th, 2010 at 3:00 PM ^
but I don't really give a shit what you see. I'm only here for the ASS
November 8th, 2010 at 3:36 PM ^
See, that's your problem. The ASS doesn't like MLive-caliber insults.

Hook and Ladder.
NEVER FORGET
November 8th, 2010 at 1:08 PM ^
Why on earth is Purdue favored by 13 points???
November 8th, 2010 at 1:19 PM ^
not -13.....bet much?
November 8th, 2010 at 3:46 PM ^
Man, you almost gave me a ragin' chub there...
November 8th, 2010 at 5:16 PM ^
I was about to make an exception to never betting on Mich
November 8th, 2010 at 5:44 PM ^
I was trying to get a hold of Texas too to see if he wanted to make a little wager on the game......
November 8th, 2010 at 3:54 PM ^
Isn't it the hook and lateral?
I actually looked it up and surprised there's so much discussion behind it:
November 8th, 2010 at 4:27 PM ^
It says it's also known as the hook and ladder in that link...
November 8th, 2010 at 12:55 PM ^
it was Saturday already.

I would like to see Roundtree break his record this weekend in the win against Purdue.

Is Siller their QB?
November 8th, 2010 at 1:01 PM ^
Siller is out for the year. Their QB depth chart consists of 2 freshman :
Sean Robinson
Rob Henry
November 8th, 2010 at 1:04 PM ^
I honestly couldn't remember if he was hit by that flu going around West Lafayette that eats ACLs.
(we have our own strain in Ann Arbor that enjoys ankles)
November 8th, 2010 at 1:16 PM ^
Actually, Henry is more hurt than Siller right now and they've been warming up Justin Siller's arm the last few weeks he just wasn't able to run.
Coaches say that they'll watch him run this week and if he can he'll be good to go.....
yikes.
November 8th, 2010 at 2:17 PM ^
Somehow Justin Siller will make a miraculous recovery, be able to run, and go Siller 2008 on us. This time though we have Tate and Denard and some non-freshman offensive weapons. They have no one else on offense. I suggest we put three people on Siller (Gordon, Vinopal and MM) and let the other 8 deal with the rest of the Purdue offense.
November 8th, 2010 at 12:55 PM ^
I think it's going to be a helluva of a show in West Lafayette after the past two seasons.
Fear quelled?
November 8th, 2010 at 12:57 PM ^
QUADRUPLE REVENGE.
FINISH THEM!!!
November 8th, 2010 at 1:02 PM ^
every time we score a TD
November 8th, 2010 at 6:15 PM ^
Seems like Oregon does, even though part of me looks at Chip Kelly every time and says: "A$$hole". I like the aggressive play call and it seems to be a very tactical move as whatever team they're playing has a noticeable drop in enthusiasm after he goes for 2. Still think he's an a$$.
November 8th, 2010 at 4:17 PM ^
Sometimes I don't know my own strength.
November 8th, 2010 at 12:58 PM ^
Michigan - 42 Purdue - 34
November 8th, 2010 at 1:05 PM ^
74-70 in 4 OTs
November 8th, 2010 at 5:33 PM ^
You could be right, but I think your score is impossible in a OT game, or at least unlikely. I don't see a team kicking a field goal down 7 in OT
November 8th, 2010 at 1:14 PM ^
Is that your prediction for the score at halftime?
November 8th, 2010 at 12:58 PM ^
Worst Big Ten team we'll see all year. Worst pass offense in the country, period.
November 8th, 2010 at 1:01 PM ^
Will is be the worst pass offense in the country after the game?
November 8th, 2010 at 1:24 PM ^
"Penn State is playing their second-string QB, a former walk-on. Worst pass offense we'll see all year."
All of us, 9 days ago.
That being said, Go Blue! We're totally winning.
November 8th, 2010 at 1:31 PM ^
As it turns out, he's a lot better than we thought after watching him strafe Northwestern too. Purdue, on the other hand, has played whichever QB we're likely to see and the results have not been good.
Unless Siller gets healthy and plays QB, in which case dammit.
November 8th, 2010 at 1:55 PM ^
Yeah, but this time we have stats to back it up. Purdue averages 4.7 yards per attempt - only four teams in the past six years have been that bad.
November 8th, 2010 at 2:46 PM ^
I think that is sub-Sheridan caliber.
November 8th, 2010 at 2:58 PM ^
Way sub-Sheridan.
November 8th, 2010 at 12:58 PM ^
Purdue will throw the ball all over the field and make Michigan's defense make open field tackles. The good news is that they have one QB who can run but not throw and one who can throw but not run...I think Michigan will win 45-31.
November 8th, 2010 at 12:58 PM ^
If our defense continues to get better, and our offense plays well and limits turnovers/stupid penalties we should win relatively easily
November 8th, 2010 at 1:34 PM ^
41 points and 45 points in regulation the last two weeks.
November 8th, 2010 at 1:40 PM ^
Only four more points after five more turnovers from the week before. Three FGs (+1 missed) and six punts. Definite improvement.
November 8th, 2010 at 12:59 PM ^
Denard has had arguably his 3 best games of the year on the road. So there's that.
November 8th, 2010 at 2:10 PM ^
Denard loves himself some Indiana!
November 8th, 2010 at 1:00 PM ^
Go 'head, score 65 for all we care...
Wait, that might just be my baseless blind arrogant over-confidence in the offense's ability to glow white hot like molten metal speaking...
November 8th, 2010 at 1:04 PM ^
Well, not quite baseless...
November 8th, 2010 at 1:09 PM ^
...66 even.
