I believe this is it. Brother thinks the depth chart at Michigan will allow him to be a legend. Mom wants him to make it to the NFL but isn't necessarily a fan of the deep south mentality (politics and all that). It is a tough decision. I hope he ends up in Ann Arbor.

I think he really likes Michigan, but the glory of playing at Alabama (not that playing at Michigan is not glorious but still) weighs a little.

He gets one day to decide. Hope his heart wins over.

Sounds like a sensible kid. Even though I'd love to see him in the maize and blue, he ultimately has to decide where the best fit is for him. Probably easier to do that without fellow players, coaches, and the media asking him at every turn.

? Why does that make it baloney? The angle was that he saves the cost of 1 flight, and the time from San Antonio to OAK back to Birmingham. Also, is it not plausible that he would want to show up to his new home a full 3 days before he has to start school to like get situated, meet people, learn his way around? And also maybe to be on campus on Monday when they go for a national championship? If he's going to Alabama, he's gotta be there on Tuesday no matter what if classes start Wednesday so flying Sunday is a pretty reasonable thing to do.

-Najee will not make a decision at the end of the game and will just fly to his school of choice

-Tua says they will fly together

-Report says Najee will fly back to Oakland first

-Source says Najee changed his flight to Birmingham

-Michigan and Alabama fans commit suicide

-Najee will now fly back home to make his final decision

 

What a damn headache but THIS IS GOOD. This means he wasnt just  trolling Michigan. He really is undecided

Najee had an outstanding relationship with Wheatley. That was one of the things that attracted him to Michigan. I never believed he was 100% gone as Michigan's side was still confident. Now this Wheatley rumor comes out, reported by Alabama, and he claims he's undecided and wants to go "reassess." Is it possible this Wheatley news affected his decision? If he was going to attend Michigan, I definitely could see Wheatley's potential departure affecting his decision. Just a thought that I was worried about when I first heard the rumor here. Now this news, and if he's being honest here then maybe this is in fact reality. He has to have heard about this rumor by now.

Eh, some relationships matter. Otherwise I agree. The truth is coaching turnover is yearly, and you can't expect any position coach to stay your whole career. First year it might make an impact, however, as kids are looking to learn who they can trust and go to for guidance. They've never been away from home afterall.

Thank You....Thank You.....Thank you!!!!!!. Ty Wheatly is going no where and I am sure he has been told that by know. He was recruited by Jim Harbaugh period and that is who he will commit to. Alabama is a sleezehole institution and will stop at nothing to secure recruits. Make up rumuors, bagman bullshit which is going on right know. It sounds to me his mother and brother are two very intelligent individulas. If he is good enough he will go to the pro's no matter who he plays for. Both lines will be good enough for that. Jim Harbaugh was at his school announcing Homecoming queens, not ty wheatly. If alabama started that rumour it will blow up in their faces anyways. Coach is Ty leaving...NO saban started that....Done!!
