that had been hit in gang take-over style robbery homicides where they would invade a house kill and terrorize the occupants and make off with loot.   we were finding knives seemingly randomly left out in rooms or in front of the house.

turns out it is/was done as a threat:  if you every speak of this incident to the police we will come back and kill you all.

Do we even need to put please refrain from jokes? If you can make a joke on this you're a seriously shitty human being. Hoping no one is hurt and the gunman/gunmen are swiftly dealt with accordingly.

This message board doesn't consist of the alumni base, it's the fan base. Not all commenters on this site are alumni. Even if they were, I'm sure there are alumni who would make a joke. Just like there are non-alumni who would refrain from making a joke.

Was going to post a pic of Harbaugh in Sheen glasses from "Falling Down" saying he snapped....but realizing it has now been verified that people have actually been shot, definitely innappropriate.

This shit has to stop.

My wife went to Ohio State. A lot of my friends went to Ohio State. This truly breaks my heart. So many people I know love that institution and even though I don't, I still grieve as if I'm a fan or alumn.

This is a coordinated attack. At least 3 culprits, one dead. Weapons were guns, a truck driven through a crowd, and a machete. Many similarities to attacks we have seen in Europe in the last year or so. Pray for the victims at OSU. Much more info will come out - this is not your random insane person, this is coordinated terrorism.

HA!

There was no shooting.

There was no "numerous suspects"

There was no coordinated anything.

It literally was one random crazy person and it damn sure wasn't ISIS.

It takes a real idiot to stare in the face of facts showing him or her to be wrong and still claim to be right.

You should be embarrassed.

Shooting was in the original report - it was the police shooting the driver.

3 people were originally considered suspects, the 2 alive were arrested. They were released over an hour later. When I was in contact with my friend they were watching the other being taken away in cuffs. Don't conflate suspects with culprits - new information can deem suspects to be uninvolved.

This was obviously planned (i.e. coordinated), not spontaneous.

It was a single person, obviously crazy, and obviously inspired by the attack in Nice and style of attacks that ISIS has been instructing for a long time. I never once claimed that it was an actual ISIS-trained individual, but someone that felt inspired by a terrorist group.

If you honestly can't connect this person, the style of attack, previous ISIS-inspired attacks around the globe (Truck in Nice, Machete in London), and previous ISIS statements, then you are trying really hard to spin this event in a way that supports your own twisted version of reality.

My source is my friend who works at OSU and was in lockdown in building where suspect was shot in front of. If you provide a cell phone or email I would be happy to send you my source's picture of the driver bleeding out on the sidewalk. I'm not pulling shit out of thin air, all of what I have said has been from an on-site administrator.

Tensions in this country and throughout the world are at the highest point in many years.  Its very turbulent and is not getting better.  I dont mean to be negative, but its hard not to look around and see major changes and conflicts coming down in the near future.

Fire alarm pulled at Watts Hall, then a car mowed down students that had evacuated. It's posted at the edge of the Internet and attributed to Joe Bowman, a prof and witnes to it. Source: Google "Victors Board". It's at the top of the postings.
