Thanks DB
In case any avian enthusiasts were in the house during the game today, they now know that Kaytee is the official Wild Bird Food of the Big Ten. Makes me want some Rotel.
I was there yesterday and my husband pointed it out. 100% real.

I see someone reads SB Nation.

And, it's true, these are hilarious.
I'm no Dave Brandon fan but it's not like its his fault the Big 10 decided it needed a bird feed sponsor.
How dare you bring logic to a DB bash-fest!
That is awesome. Best sponsorship ever.
What does this have to do with DB?
I mean, this seems totally reasonable. Because Big Condor gotta eat.
This reminds me of when I looked at the bottom a package of Combos, and it proudly declared "Combos - The Official Cheese-Filled Snack of NASCAR".
I noted this to a friend of mine who immediately quipped "that's strange, I always thought it would be cannolis".
Especially when it has nothing to do with Dave Brandon.
This post is a little on the lame side, it needs a little Brie and strawberries to spice it up....
Alison Brie
I actually endorse Wagner's bird seed. It's a worse product for double the price. Obviously.

Damnit, I have Murphy's Oil Soap. I am out of compliance as an alumnus of a Big Ten school.
*gets in car, drives to Meijer to buy all the Libman's there*
Tell us how this is the best goddamn wild bird feed you've ever tasted.
I just find it funny. I kind of respect the company for daring to do this.
and immediately learned that Oscar Meyer is the official hot dog of Gator basketball. It all seems very silly.

I owned a wild bird feeding specialty store for 15 years, so I know something about Kaytee. I find it amazing that they would spend the advertising bucks in such a high profile medium. They sell their products in big box type stores for the most part, but are not the best products out there. Personally, if you have a Wild Birds Unlimited store in your area, I'd recommend you go there. FYI, bird feeding is a multi-billion dollar market in the U.S.
but I'm having a hard time envisioning The Duke standing behind a counter selling bird seed and suet to little old ladies.

but who gives a sh**? Ah, just kidding. Thanks for the info.
When there is anything conference wide to hate, Jim Delany is a suitable person to criticize. We're still stuck with him, unlike DB

hawking bags of Kaytee for double the price outside the stadium.
That shit is bird feeder gold!!!
