This would be an important get to start creating a pipeline. The school is St. Thomas Aquinas. It not only produced D1 prospects at a ridiculous rate it has 10 NFL players. The next best HS in the country has 5. There are entire states that dont have 10 NFL players from it. Urban mined that place like crazy down at Florida and has great relationships there - so yes, it's a place we want to be. And this is a start. I am unaware if we've ever had a player from there - I am sure WD would have the answer in binder #72.

I'd start here. Zero sum gain with OSU and we can definitely win the day.

Glenville is tied with 2 other south florida schools at #2, with 5 NFL player. Ginn is a lot like Wilcher at Cass Tech - obviously he has a rooting interest but seems open to sending kids up north.

Brady mended some fences as he didn't feel the same about the previous two staffs.
Durkin and Zordich should be big for recruiting in NE Ohio.

Michigan isn't getting any of the elite recruits from Glenville. Ohio State gets their pick from there. Then the best we can do is get whatever is left ala Frank Clark, Willie Henry. That could change with winning on a consistent basis, but considering the fact that U-M hasn't won a Big Ten Championship since these kids were 6-7 years old, I wouldn't get my hopes up for any Gleville 4/5 stars heading North.

I had to check my media guides and programs from the 80's/90's. The only player I found from Aquinas was Pat Moons - a PK from the early/mid 80's. In fact, over the years, Florida has possibly been the biggest source of kickers for Michigan. I think we used to have a lot more players from Florida in the 80's then in the years after that - with the exception maybe of the RR years. Hopefully that will change now. Arnette sounds like a darned good one.

At least one. Jon Shaw safety. Played in the Navarre era.

Stefan Humphries is the only really successful Wolverine I can recall who attended St. Thomas Aquinas. I remember looking that up before and being disappointed that we didn't manage to keep pulling talent out of there. OSU has had a lot of success with STA kids, most recently with Joey Bosa.

Yes! Upvote for you! St. Thomas Aquinas is one of the best football programs in the state of Florida. This kid's offer list reflects his ability more than the stars he is rated with.

I believe Smith had a good visit as well (but not sure how much)... But JH is making a great impression and I believe he will make an impact this class...
Not to jump the gun but I am going to blown away next year recruiting cycle (if JH could have this much of an effect with this short period of time)

Interesting. I didn't. Ah well.
It wouldn't make sense though, as Harbaugh has already gone blue, and they together are not wearing blue to make it a present tense statement.

Are those not khakis? He must only pull on those pants for special days (like when you are trying to lock down a blue chipper).
