Looking like Gardner, bad decision making, mechanics are off and he's inaccurate. If he hasn't developed these skills so far, I don't foresee a break thru in the next 4 months.

Defense looks like they're getting anything they want on the blitz through.  

 

Still spring, I expect Nuss and co. will be looking at the film and finding ways to correct this.

Jake Ryan knifed into the backfield like a laser beam. I can see why they moved him. If he can make the reads, he'll be a nightmare to contend with for opposing teams.

Still think that this offense will only click if we use Gardners legs first, so far pro style passing and trad run game non existent.

Also, people ragging the O against the D.

 

It's spring.  The defense is finally filled to the brim with upper classmen.  The offense, outside of Gardner, does not.

 

Also, Poggi looks really slim for a guy that was listed to be a DT.

It sounds really awful, but I have to keep in mind they're learning a new offense, presumably with new terminology in addition to new plays/schemes, etc., whereas the DL is continuing under its existing coaches.
