Nice win,Michigan!

Sparty showed it's not easy to win any road game in the B1G.

Really strong effort by the guys, and lots of things to like.

Good win.  Maybe not a great one and some 'quad 1' win but don't mistake this Rutgers team for a 3-years-ago Rutgers.  This is a good B1G road win in early February.

Actually, Michigan's by itself at 10-2.  But to answer your question -- if multiple teams end up tied with the same record at the end of the season, the tiebreakers are only used for tournament seeding.  All of the tied teams would be declared co-champions.

Man, that last deep three is going to cut into Michigan's KenPom performance.  :-(

I wonder how Sparty did vs. the KenPom line...

Oh.

The B1G officials need to call these game more consistent.  Michigan is getting targeted with shit inconsistently called games.  I mean Iowa vs Rutgers - the officiating was like night and day.  Who calls this shit - Delany?

Did you catch that end bit?

The interview is over, Coach B excuses himself, stands up, and begins to walk away when that jackass reporter says, “WOW.”

John, graciously asks what the “wow” was referencing. The reporter claims that he wasn’t able to ask his question. I’m thinking, WTF guy, the presser is over. Go home and transcribe it.

Well, that’s not Coach B’s style, so he stops, sits down, and answers the guy’s question thoroughly.

No real big deal but come on guy, it’s late, it’s a weekday, it’s on the road, it’s Coach B’s b-day and all-time M bball coaching W, nonetheless...let the man exit.

Just another example of Beilein’s great character.

In the cup shaped glass is hopalicious (ale asylum).  In the non cup shaped glass is... $@%# I don't remember, some sort of kush.  Y'all will undertand in a couple months with those dispensaries opening.  #colorado.  And healing the heart post-iowa (*) is sparty's 3 game losing streak and Michigan taking care of business.  Go ahead and neg me for noticing msu.

Go Blue!

Cheers.

(*) only because I feel the loss,  not because I think it diminishes the awesomeness of our current bball team.  Irony is feeling that loss only because they've only lost two... any other year and it'd just be a normal big ten away game loss.  And in those years and this one, folks needing to draw 10x more conclusions than necessary can relax and get bent (so we're back to the non glass shaped bowl)

The best part about Michigan games on the BTN are the extended interviews with John Beilein and some of the key players in the game.  I love those.

Today's was Coach Beilein and Iggy, talking about the importance of getting up early in a hostile road environment after the Iowa disaster.
