Got the win today and that’s what matters, but if we have to settle for FGs again next week, we will lose.

Next week is Judgment Day for Shea. He’s been very good this year. Next week, he’s going to have to be great. This is why he was brought here. He’s managed games very well for Michigan. Now, he’s likely going to have to lead Michigan to victory.

Evans is not a big ten rb and should not be used as such. My goodness its almost as if the coaches don't know that they can use evans in space. Runs up the middle are so stupid. Give Tru those snaps FFS

I watched a bunch of 2016 game highlights recently and Evans just isn't the back he started as. He's become a tweener with his mass gains and it appears to stalled his production a bit. I feel like 90% of the time he carries he's tried to juke a guy open field and cost himself yards because he's just not as quick as he used to be. He looks slow and does it way too early to be able to accelerate past a guy who has time to adjust.

I wouldn’t read much into today’s game. Watch the game again (bless PS Vue). Every time we got in RZ, we reverted to run, sneak, or short passes on shoot-outs. Or, everything we’ve already shown OSU staff this year. My gut sense is they have a ton of plays ready to roll-out but don’t want to give Urban anything to prepare for. The important part—getting the ball down the field—we did. And we won a trap game. Things are ok. Just praying for Winovich and Berk.

AS a fan base don’t we use the “wait to roll it out for OSU” overused? I think by now we are what we are. I feel we say that all the time acting like Harbaugh isn’t pretty vanilla. End of day no secret. Establish the run to setup play action pass.

I don’t think so. Look at 2017 OSU game. I think offense actually schemed out a pretty good (and new) plan. JOK just wasn’t really good enough. We will see. But given how bland the red zone calling was today, and the willingness to run on 3rd & 5ish, I think they didn’t want to give away much. We’ll know in seven days!

We are going to get horse-whipped next Saturday if we play anything like we did tonight.

Spoiler: OSU is a lot better than Indiana at what Indiana does.

Oh by the way, we're potentially missing our best D-Lineman and our left tackle now.

Both teams will be jacked up. There won’t be a letdown. Both teams will “want it”, and both will show up. OSU will certainly be energized by playing at home, and Michigan will be energized to prove they’re a great team.

I think our defense will be the difference-maker, ultimately, because the old saw that defense wins championships is a proven thing.

And their defense is less scary than it’s been in a very long time.

I also think we missed JBB in the red zone and on other running plays. I hope he and Winovich can play next week.

Official shout out to Mike Hart, RBs coach for IU.  I wish he was on Michigan's staff.  I don't think their freshman RB is a fluke.  Felt like Hart was on his revenge tour vs Michigan for not hiring him.  Dude was fired up.

I'm looking forward to a healthy dose of M running back vs OSU corner at the edge.  Let WR's crash in, leave either OSU corner unblocked and bounce their way.

The offense move fairly well between the 20s...but we need to score more TDs in the redzone; especially on the road against OSU who may end up scoring some points on our D.

Even though the 2 minute drill at the end of the first half ended poorly, I was encouraged that there actually seemed to be a plan. The team got to the line quickly and had plays ready, unlike the Notre Dame game

The offense was pretty vanilla. Wondering if Harbaugh was holding back a bit for next week.

I’m glad to see Black back but for all the hype about his hands, he let one slip right thru his hands. I suppose he’s rusty.

I’m just happy to get the W. Indiana seems to always play us so tough.

I was somewhat surprised at Indiana’s dirty play. It was MSU like. Never knew them to play like that before. Lots of nasty late hits.

On to Columbus. With 2017 as a backdrop, I’m thrilled with the way this season has gone. It’s been so much fun. We beat MSU and have a chance to beat OSU. GO BLUE!
