Michigan v. Villanova Basketball tonight 6:30 FS1

I think a PSA may be in order about this game.  Never has a National Championship game rematch garnered less attention from a fan base than this one.  I was kind of thinking there would be a preview today or something, a mention, a faint whisper, a fading memory, something, maybe?

Anyway, I get it, there is a lot of football still to be played.  And frankly, if this year follows the same path as, like, every Beilein team except for that one we will lose this game in howling fashion.  But it is a thing that is occurring so just a reminder to check in on it tonight.  Revenge tour continues?  Maybe?  No?

Go Blue.

DESTROYING Villanova in their house.

I hope their fans realize just how outclassed their team is on the court tonight.  Wake-up call.

Whens the last time Michigan football and basketball were both ranked in top 10?

It's hard to get too upset about a turnover caused by two Michigan players simultaneously grabbing an offensive rebound. :) This has been such a fun game to watch.

Up by 30 and yet Villanova somehow in the double bonus. Refs are trying to keep it closer for some reason

some dirty effin defense on the grid iron and hardwood. All this top notch coaching is building strong minded, tough, gritty, smart Michigan men....and can’t forget about all the great Michigan women as well.

It's a good thing Michigan opened up such a huge first half lead, because the officiating went from pretty decent to atrocious with the flip of a switch.

Friends, we are entering a golden age of Michigan sports - national championship finalists and a consistently strong basketball program, and a resurgent, powerful football program.

Enjoy the ride - Go Blue!

These referees have been abysmal. I'd be furious if this wasn't a 25-point game. Villanova hits Brooks in the face and he gets called for a travel. Bums.

P.S. Eat shit, Jay Wright.
