Ok, tell us now what the real reason is, so everyone will know who was right, you or me.

When we see him on a defensive line, or not, at the school he transfers to, we will know.

Are you going to post your 'inside information'?

It's clear I get information from very different sources than you. I am not claiming to be an insider. But I do read reliable insider information.

Please post what you think is really going on. So when Hudson is playing at the school he transfer to, everyone will know who was right, you or me.

But I'm pretty sure we will be seeing him on a defensive line, what he really wants.

Looks like you're not going to give your information.

Regardless.

If we see Hudson playing on defensive line at the school he transfers to we will know I was right. If not, then I was wrong. But I will admit what I read was wrong. I won't say, 'it was a fluid situation'.

I bet he thinks he's going to be eligible immediately next year, but he will not.  There's been a lot of talk about how student-athletes don't really understand this new red-shirt rule, and how it's going to cause some problems next year. Fact is, an undergraduate needs to sit out a year b/c they're transferring.  Playing in 4 or less games and taking a red-shirt year does not satisfy this undergraduate-transfer-sit-out year, if you will.

How could he look at the Michigan program right now coming off a huge victory and decide he wants no part of it?

Michigan has a  realistic shot at the final 4 playoff and he sees quitting as a better option.   I just don’t get it.  I hope a legitimate reason comes out.

Not sure why people are questioning the legitimacy of the post. Chris Balas and Hudsons mom said it was happening so its happening

I think were cured at Oline. REALLY SUCKS considering coaches said Hudson was a 1st round talent

I heard about this weeks ago, this has nothing to do with him not playing on Saturday.  There are also many more transfers coming.  I think a few of them will shock you guys.   Multiple DB’s, at least one RB and a Qb.   I’ve heard 7, that may include the two recently.

To back umbig11 Rashan has been practicing, my sources tell me they think he is done for the year.  He may return for the big ten championship or playoffs.  The situation is obviously very fluid right now.  I firmly believe he is healthy enough to play right now.  I have no doubt that he is hurt, anyone who’s played the game knows that barely anyone is healthy at this point in the season.

Is this all playing time/depth chart related for the most part? Guys seeing the writing on the wall kind of thing? Or has the coaching staff made it hard on some kids they don't think can cut it and they're walking? The mid-season transfer stuff where it makes no sense for the kid in terms of eligibility has been weird IMO. Wondering if this is being more or less laid out in a cream will rise to the top sort of way by the staff? Just odd on a team which seems to be very cohesive and playing at a high level from the outside looking in.

I don’t know why everyone is surprised and acting like this is out of left field. I told you this was coming a few weeks ago. But I was told in emails to not share this info as people were freaking out. Don’t be surprised if there are a couple more as well. But I knew and told everyone that it wouldn’t hurt today but possibly next year.

If he only played 4 games this year, wouldn't he qualify for a red-shirt this year.   That would mean he would still have 4 years of eligibility left after sitting out next year.   I think the rule is 4 years need to be completed within 6 yrs of the start.

Maybe st people don’t know the rules here. Starting this year if you make your intentions felt on Oct 15th you go into a database (basically free agency) and you are free to leave ASAP, and if you played in only 4 or less games you DO NOT have to sit next year. You basically used this year as the sit out year. Yes this is the rule and yes there is people who w say other wise, I know for a fact this is the rule as I am very very close to programs and the coaches. So save me the (article # says stuff) lots of schools have lost players this week and lots have made it known they w be leaving w other programs as well. The board or database truly is announcing your available. Just keeping u informed

Aw bloody hell.

It looks like from what he'd said (Hudson), if you read into it, that he's not happy being on the OL and would rather chase QBs on D.  Since Michigan is needing him on offense, he's basically picking up his toys and going to play elsewhere.
