11 Warriors Melting Down

Neg Me for hating, but First go read 11 Warriors and revel in the glory...Alabama, now OSU loses. What a great start to 2014 [edit: I was a little drunk last night, I do not remember posting this.]

Negging you doesn't matter though. Negging the OP doesn't hurt their points total, but it does cost the person who negs you a point. So that seems pointless. Anyways, I'm sure there is a lot of melt down over at 11 Warriors. How long until Urban leaves OSU for health issues? Probably after a few years of MSU winning the new division and then Michigan becoming a strong team again.

I don't think Urban can stand losing at all. Finishing second or third multiple times in one division of a "mediocre" football conference? I think his health issues would come back really fast.

and decided to go check out Eleven Warriors for shits & giggles. And believe it or not, their fanbase is also insane just like ours when it comes to play calling, coordinators, etc. Check out this gem, copy & pasted: Where in the fucking hell was Guiton? What a blunder by Meyer. Miller can't even see straight and the Defense gives us a shot at the end, and that is what Herman and Meyer give us? A FUCKING 5th YEAR SENIOR Fresh legs and all sitting on the bench? Guiton is, by far, the most screwed college player of all time. I wouldn't let Fickel even stay at the hotel. SEE the handling  of Kiffin by USC...NO ADJUSTMENTS at ALL, esp against the sideline pass. That is all coaching. Period Anyone can beat the wuss teams on our schedule. Show me a signature win by meyer during the past two years. Lost to a good MSU team, but not great...(Don't fucking kid yourself - Stanford isn't that good). Lost to a mediocre Clemson team that got there ass handed to them by FSU and South Carolina this year. O how the mighty have fallen. http://www.elevenwarriors.com/2014/01/31752/ohio-state-football-sammy-w…

Just another B1G loss, bad for the conference.

But at least they showed up for their bowl and made it competitive, unlike a certain team that we all know and love.

oh please. do you even know how many bowl games Bo lost? and that was during the Big-Ten's glory decades. it didn't have one iota of effect on the relevance of the Big-Ten conference then, and it doesn't now. the only bowl game anyone gives a crap about who won, or loss next season is the NCG.

Between Braxton Miller and Urban Meyer, Bradley Roby seems to be getting the most hate on twitter because some Buckeye writer tweeted during the game that Bradley Roby quit on this team by not playing.

We really don't have a leg to stand on, considering our record.  However I think maybe we can say that we exposed thier defense for MSU and Clemson to take advantage of... and it is always nice to see Ohio lose, no matter the circumstance.

No secret OSU played a fairly weak schedule, so I had doubt that they would beat Clemson. Oddly, the OSU defense sucked at the season's end when it mattered most. I'm happy they lost, but I will be happier when we get our own shit together.

and Smith go elsewhere. And Please let it be here. They may start a "Fire Urban" campaign.

I know it's doubtful but it has been a great 2014 so far.

along with Hyde. Miller says he doesn't like to get hit so much. After winning two B1G MVPs don't think he will stay around. If the fan base is pissed after going 24 -2, next year will be popcorn time, with new faces starting and a tougher schedule.

That being said, there are calls for Luke Fickell to be fired. Eleven Warriors is blaming it on the injury to Roby and the Spense suspension. They should be reminded that Michigan almost beat them with a one legged quarterback and their placekicker injured.

I don't really understand where this and the comment below it are coming from.  They were pretty good this year.  They'll be right around 12 in the final poll, which I think is fair.

To your point about the final 3 games. PSU and Iowa both beat us this year, and I wouldn't like our chances against Wisconsin.  All games were at OSU, but they won by 10, 39 and 7, respectively.

the national media and coaches that vote in the polls get some perspective on this team, see them for what they really are and stop giving them an extra 3-7 spots in the polls.

I don't understand. What they really are? 24-2 the last two years. Shit.

Certain teams also get the benefit of being traditionally good because in college football past success very much correlates with the future. Michigan also benefits, as does ND, USC, etc. Yet, in OSU's case, there is much more reason to do so.

after the B1G play starts.  At least not the last few years. The polls seem to find their level.  OSU has lost both games to the only good teams that they played.  They had a 2 year cake walk that caught up to them.  I remember when UFM was hired and the consensus at 11 Warriors was 2 national titles within 5 years.  He has his work cut out for him needing 2 in the next 3 while breaking in a new quarterback.

Haha! Yes! They finished 12-2! They suck! Hahahahahahaha!

/Remembers M finished 7-6 with a Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl loss. /Remembers the botched two-point conversion. /Remembers MSU winning the Rose Bowl.

Back to being depressed, rageaholic, fire-everyone Michigan fan!
