Might as well serve as a Saturday open thread, which we have every Saturday anyways... Lighten up, football in one week!

Only showed Michigan during the Clowney hit. Dammit.
It fits with their "love of all things SEC" narrative.
Here's the upside ... it's a motivation for Michigan offensive linemen to never again allow another highlight clip like that to happen.
It's like in any Clint Eastwood movie there comes a point in the story line where the Eastwood character stops being contained and reserved and decides the time has come to be ... well, to be Clint Eastwood. Ditto Michigan offensive linemen. The time has come to go all Clint Eastwood on opposing defensive linemen.
Roadgrader U, damnit.

It was the tight end that missed the call, though I don't recall who.

True. However, on the go ahead TD drive in the 4th, Clowney tossed Lewan to the side and blew up Denard in the backfield on an iso play. Clowney is amazing. Taylor didn't have a terrible game, but between the Ohio game and a so-so at best performance against an NFL caliber DE in Clowney, I'll bet him watching himself on film made him feel like he still has some areas where he needs improvement. Not saying that the UM tradition of O-Linemen returning for their senior years didn't have anything to do with him coming back, but I would bet he feels like he still has something to prove to himself and to his teammates/coaches. I expect him to be motivated and even better than he was last year which bodes well for our chances at having a prolific offense.

Clowney did nothing for much of that game and that was due largely to Lewan. Lewan was outstanding that game. Yeah, Clowney made a play on him. Great players do that. Anthony Munoz in his prime even gave up plays. Yours is the only post I have seen criticizing Lewan's game versus Clowney.

If you're talking about this from the UFR that's hardly being tossed aside or even being "crushed" as Brian said. If you mean another time, then video clip or STFU.

I still love when i see people who say clowney dominated in that game.. didn't you see the hit?
Yes i saw the hit where he was completely unblocked because of a missed assigment, not him dominating our O-line

Seeing the hit once live was bad enough, but seeing it over and over on TV is cruel and unusual punishment.

This is what the Dark Ages were like, except every week. Embrace the hatefest, for it will make you stronger. The best taunts always originate from a position of long-suffering.
Think of small European countries that still remember and draw motivation from battles that happened centuries ago.

I didn't realize College Gameday was on.. Thank you to the OP!
It looks like I will miss College Gameday next week as we are planning to get the plane out of the hangar and head to Ann Arbor! It looks like I will be tailgating at Hoover and Greene!

I could have missed something, but Oregon was wearing a different uniform in every single clip in the preview of the next segment. It was actually rather disorienting and made me wonder if the fashion portion of the program will be interwoven with the Pac-12 discussion.

Only 5 more days to college football. Definitely going to watch USC struggle against Hawaii and and probably the USCar/UNC game or the Ole Miss game to see what their money bought them.

I'd rather undergo surgery than watch ESPN for anything other than live game coverage.
