Sometimes it seemed like Hakim Warrick was at Syracuse before Jim Boeheim was.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:39 PM ^
I was expecting someone to say Gerry McNamara.
I nominate Scottie Reynolds at Villanova, he had to have been there long enough to get a PhD.

Dude was there forever

David Lighty juuuuusst graduated from Ohio State, but I was like COME ON MAN when I saw him last year.
November 8th, 2011 at 12:31 PM ^
Lighty was actually in the same recruiting class as Greg Oden and Mike Conley. Last year, when he was still at OSU, some of his former classmates were in their fourth year in the NBA.

Adrian Clayborn was at Iowa for eons...

Kelly Tripucka. He played at Notre Dame for my entire childhood, then was drafted by the Pistons. Good thing he was decent.

Joe Paterno
November 8th, 2011 at 2:23 AM ^
like Willie Guy was at Iowa forever.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:23 AM ^
He's been at Houston forever.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:25 AM ^
Maurice Clarett....oh wait nevermind
November 8th, 2011 at 2:26 AM ^
Brooks Bollinger, also it seems like Spencer Briton was a backup QB forever.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:26 AM ^
The NCAA just couldn't get rid of him.
November 8th, 2011 at 2:28 AM ^
Kammron Taylor from Wiscy. Also he looked like Chris Rock:

Every Wisconsin quarterback between 1990 and 2010. All three of them.
November 8th, 2011 at 10:08 AM ^
Add him to that list. Seems like I've heard of him the entire time I've been down here in NC and then he pops up at Wisconsin. Different team, but still playing college football.
November 8th, 2011 at 3:50 AM ^
Or does it seem like Scottie Reynolds has been at Villanova forever? And he's still there.
November 8th, 2011 at 5:45 AM ^
He looks like he's been with Iowa since the Hayden Frye days....
(Note: I like the concept of an "OT/WTF" on some topic now and again)
November 8th, 2011 at 6:08 AM ^
Junior Hemingway is, AFAIK, the only player at UMich that played for Lloyd, RichRod, and Brady:

Rare 5-year guy ...
Also, Marell Evans could, if he gets a *6th* year, join that club.

So will stonum......
November 8th, 2011 at 7:08 AM ^
Stonum was a Lloyd recruit, but he didn't start playing until '08.
November 8th, 2011 at 12:55 PM ^
Mark Hyuge did too though he redshirted for his year under Carr
November 8th, 2011 at 6:38 AM ^
was here a year or two too long, like during the time he played could be called the John Navarre era...don't take that to be hating on John, I appreciate what he did for us, but he was under center for like all of my time growing up it seemed.
November 8th, 2011 at 6:46 AM ^
Brooks Bollinger is a good one but the one that always sticks in my brain is JESS FREAKING SETTLES. Seemed like he was hitting threes at Iowa for roughly 13 years.
November 8th, 2011 at 6:57 AM ^
I was a ballboy at the BigTen Basketball tournament 10 years ago... and I feel like I remember seeing Taylor Battle play for Penn State...
November 8th, 2011 at 6:58 AM ^
Seemed like he was kicking for us the entire time I was in high school and college.

Kirk Cousins
November 8th, 2011 at 7:20 AM ^
David Cone.
November 8th, 2011 at 8:10 AM ^
No the Coner wasn't here long enough.
November 8th, 2011 at 7:20 AM ^
& he even went pro "early"
November 8th, 2011 at 7:28 AM ^
Harvey Unga from BYU
November 8th, 2011 at 8:39 AM ^
He even "went pro" early.
November 8th, 2011 at 9:21 AM ^
No I don't, or that's what I would've written.
