I met one of them, George 3, who is one of the nicest guys ever, like his dad. He's not little though, in age or size. He's close to my age, and looks like a DE.

Next time Michigan is in the Rose Bowl I'll host the MGoBlog party. Hopefully that's sooner and not later.

They paid me in meatand in money.
That is my tea family, but not everyone in there is family, some are neighbors. The blondes are not my family. That's my real wife, the Hispanic looking man is my father in law and the little boy with brown hair in the pool is my son.

I wasn't sure if anyone would care so I didn't want to make it its own thread, so I just threw it in another thread. Sorry for the thread jack, OP!

I've seen his wife, I'd probably be OK with that.
|13 hours 35 min ago||It's funny because that||
It's funny because that interview uncut was like 45 minutes long and she said quite a lot, but what they used was almost all me. As Vince Vaughn said, "I'm not a talker."
|13 hours 38 min ago||It is. It's kinda like Omaha||
It is. It's kinda like Omaha Steaks but with super high end meat and the the meat (except the ribeye) comes marinated/seasoned. And they have higher end sides. It's kinda pricey, but it's really good stuff.
I kinda like to make my own burger patties and season my own meat, but if you don't want to mess around with that (or you just aren't any good at it and want it to turn out great) then this is a good option. The burgers have cheddar and bacon inside the patty so you don't even need to top them with anything. Those were the best.

I know, I wish I could have. They actually moved my Michigan stuff by the grill because they want it to be neutral. Funny thing, the guy who runs that company is a Michigan grad, so he would have signed off on it.
EDIT: although if you look closely, you'll notice my pool noodles are maize and blue.

Oh, duh. Sorry man, when you said Holland I thought Holland High. Funny how there are people here you know but don't know it.

Based on what infomercials pay, I'd say meth is more likely.

If only I could cook dinner from my phone like I do with MGoBlog.

Hooooold on. Identify yourself, soldier.

I'm the huge, black former heavyweight champ.
Just kidding, I'm the white with the beard who won't stop talking.

I never bothered to learn. Thanks man! Unlimited up votes for you.

Hey do you guys want to see me in an infomercial? I was in an infomercial.
I don't know how to do the whole embedding thing.

I know a lot of public school teachers and all of them make more than that.
|4 days 16 hours ago||From what I understand, all||
From what I understand, all NBA contracts are guaranteed, unless you're counting the option years as part of the contract (which you shouldn't). Calling a 3 year contract with a 4th year team option a "4 year contract" is just wrong, but that might be what's happening here.
|4 days 16 hours ago||If I was his agent and GRIII||
If I was his agent and GRIII had the option to sign a 3 year guaranteed contract for the minimum, I'd jump on that in a heart beat. This is a player that nobody wants. He was already been tossed aside by two bad teams (and one good one). Getting one year guaranteed is good work for GRIII at this point.
Signing a 3-year contract at the minimum is only stupid if you have other (better) offers. I'm willing to bet GRIII does not.
|4 days 17 hours ago||When I think many, I think||
When I think many, I think "most" but maybe that's my error. And if you average 37,500 for your entire career you're doing something wrong.
|4 days 17 hours ago||Why would the Pacers offer||
Why would the Pacers offer anything more than the minimum for a guy on his 4th team before his second season has even started? I'm shocked they'd be willing to lock him up for any period of time. He hasn't proven he's any better than a replacement level player.
|4 days 18 hours ago||Ooh, I doubt it. Unless by||
Ooh, I doubt it. Unless by "many" you mean "some." I imagine this 3 year contract won't be more than 1.5 mil, which is 37,500 on average for a 40 year career.

The bandwagon life is fruitful.
|6 days 12 hours ago||We have 4 already. It would||
We have 4 already. It would be nice to get one more OLB type since all of our guys seem to be ILBs, but at this point I don't think any one LB swings how it turns out.
|6 days 12 hours ago||But in all seriousness,||
But in all seriousness, you're wrong a lot in that post. I get your point, but you can't say that "this is a filler recruiting class" and also say "if all of our classes are like this" because that doesn't follow. If you're chalking this class up to being filler, which isn't far from the truth since we were working from behind a lot and needed to go after more less-heralded guys, then why would you expect every class to be like this? You said it yourself in your second paragraph - if our on-field results improve, so will recruiting.
Recruiting is overrated in college football. It wasn't overrated 10 years ago, but I feel it has hit a fever pitch. It's important, sure, but it has become overrated. How excited were we 4 years ago because guys like Pipkins and Kalis would be instant stars and MSU's run was clearly done because look at those classes they have. It's a piece to the puzzle, no doubt, but it's become overblown.
Your second-to-last paragraph is also dead wrong. Jake Ryan, Frank Clark and Devin Funchess were all 3 stars. They are all now in the NFL. You don't think they would have started for good Michigan teams?
Why root for attrition? If you're going to "root" for something over which you have no control, why not root for these guys to all overachieve? Isn't that more beneficial than leaving, requiring us to fill their spot with someone younger and unproven?

I think it's fair to say Johnathan Jones is a severe long shot at this point.

Wheatley is the biggest no brainer here. Any team that doesn't include Wheatley is wrong. David Terrell being the next best bargain.

I, too, was surprised by the quantity of PSU guys drafted. Are they good? Seems like a lot of guys from a pretty mediocre squad.
