Regarding #3 - great views at NFL stadiums, can confirm for whatever they're calling the Cardinals Stadium this year. Giant stadium - you can see it from miles away - great place to watch a game, not aware of any bad seats.
From a math perspective, I'd rather be a 10 or 11 seed than an 8 or 9 seed in the NCAAs. First round only slightly harder (assuming that the seeding is efficient), and 2nd round much easier. Significantly lower likelihood of having to play a 1 seed early. That said, with the way this team has played this year, maybe I should hope that we play a 1 seed every game of the tournament...
I remember when Skyline High School was being named around the time of Bo Schembechler's death, some in the community suggested the school be named after Bo - a person who was generally very highly regarded in the region. Some opposed the suggestion on the off-chance that we might discover later on that he had made poor choices during his life. I specifically recall people feeling that these concerns were ridiculous. That take seems to have suddenly aged quite poorly over the past couple weeks.
I think there's a good distinction to keep in mind when discussing naming buildings after historical figures: everyone has made mistakes but not everyone has actively promoted values and beliefs that are antithetical to the foundations of a specific institution (such as U of M or Ann Arbor Public Schools).
This is only news if you've never studied linguistics at all. What she's describing is descriptivism - one of the main schools of thought. The basic idea is that language changes and evolves over time. The opposing viewpoint is prescriptivism, which teaches that language is defined by the dictionary and that sort of thing.
Saying descriptivism is ridiculous or new is probably on the same level as saying capitalism is ridiculous or new - you're entitled to your opinion, but you're likely to come across as uninformed unless you have a really good argument.

As a Ravens fan - LOVE this hire. I have no idea how he'll do as a coach but loved him as a player.
He's been very successful at multiple locations, I would be happy to have him as an analyst or position coach under Sherrone.
Not seeing Sherrone Moore on this list...
Bang em all!

My favorite line:
I think it's reasonable to assume that there is a judge in the Ann Arbor area who a) attended U of M, b) has season tickets, or c) all of the above
The 49 pointer could have been a 56 pointer of not for a debatable penalty, but we can let that slide.
He ETSed.
Agreed, went to the comments section to verify admissions will actually let him in.
He may have committed to the University of Michigan, but has the University of Michigan committed to him?
/BPONE (hopefully)
This. MHJ is universally regarded as the best receiver tOSU has had these past several years, better than a slew of 1st round picks
Is Drake Nugent really returning? Not to get into semantics but... **gestures at dictionary**
Fool me once...
And you try and tell the young people of today that. They won't believe you.
Merry Christmas and Go Blue!

Hiking - Camelback has two trail heads, Piestawa Peak has a few, North Mountain has several - depends on your ability and interest
Scottsdale has a bunch of Frank Lloyd Wright houses
Plenty of breweries. Four Peaks is the most famous, I prefer San Tan especially if you like whiskey (Sacred Stave)
Scottsdale has tons of good restaurants, especially in Old Town. Citizens Pub and The Gladly (Phoenix) are very good
The Cardinals Stadium has a memorial to Pat Tillman
Not sure if the Yotes are in town, but hard to pass up the smallest arena in the NHL, especially when it's called Mullett
Salut mon frere
Same my friend....worst case we can all go to the Michigan sports bar together and spend our $600 on adult beverages.

Who's got it better than us?!?
A special "good night" to everyone who talked about Harbaugh needing to beat OSU and MSU in the same season.

Michigan total yards: 530
Yards gained on our TDs: 352
Crazy.
By the smallest of corn husks....
A...suspension Rutger?!?
I'm glad the game will be in Ann Arbor and not Philadelphia - wouldn't want the new president to get booed!
I learned from Babe that "Christmas means carnage! Christmas means carnage!"
I'd bet a dollar that no one, possibly including the players, is going to be pretty focused on the CO v UCLA game...
That said, I'm jealous of you being in Boulder, have a great trip!
You could argue that we have the 3 best QBs in the conference....
All of this must be very hard on the Beaver...
...I'll see myself out.
Live local and prime time games is already available for free through Yahoo Sports app.
This is mainly a replacement for GamePass, which I'm told was an epic disaster in recent years.
Everything umaz said - I live in Phx and a lot of Suns fans would gladly drive Ayton to Sky Harbor.
There's a lot of rumors about his work ethic and sleep habits that would make me very hesitant to pay him to play basketball.
Also, umaz and I clearly need to hang out and watch some football in a few months! :-D
Why not 11 TEs?
You got to...

Cheers to you! Great story and photos, thank you so much for sharing.
Beating Utah is a great win. Beating U of A.... puts you in company with the Northern Arizona University Lumberjacks!
Sorry to any U of A fans on this board and GO DEVILS!
Always good to hear from a nice Butt!
CRUTIN!
I hear Manny Diaz's place may be available.
Thanks, I'll see myself out
Those who stayed ARE CHAMPIONS!
BANG? BANG!
Is Oakland still in play? /s
Brian, thanks for writing this and for all your hard work these many years. All the best to you and yours!
You beat me to the punch... **angrily shakes fist**
Yea paging all the mgolawyers...

Agreed, I assumed this was a poorly titled post that the B1G was expanding again

Question for the board: I've seen some Traverse City Distillery in stores recently, what are your reviews?
