Hulu live was a disaster for me this season. Even though I pay for no ads, I would frequently have ads that I could not skip through on my recordings of football games. If I let the game get an hour or two ahead, and then try to watch, I would also have issues skipping through the commercials. I used a Tablo for my network games, and that worked great.
What I find interesting, is kickers get better and people want to make it harder for them, but quarterbacks have become much better, and people want to keep making the rules easier for them.

I really don’t understand why people continue to fall for his gimmick. He clearly tries to get people riled up so that they will call and listen to the show, and the people don’t realize by doing that they are giving him even more money and an even bigger platform to spout his nonsense.

THIS is how a state/school that’s serious about winning and has a backbone does business. Unlike UM trying to appease these ncaa idiots, and acting like we’re still in the 20th century where players aren’t paid to pay, and the ncaa still means something.
It’s actually worked very well for them. They are always in contention, almost always, will be in the playoffs from now on, and will legitimately have a shot every year because of the roster. Yes, you might catch lightning in a bottle once every so often, but your odds are much better with top players. People seem to overlook the fact that sone of the most important players on our team this year were all 5 stars, including our QB
so you have different rules for when and how much you can pay players, and you have different rules for who can be admitted to different schools… that doesn’t sound like a very even playing field
I would argue a full ride to a major university IS being compensated. Especially when several universities admitted people that otherwise would not meet requirements.
I think the Raiders are more of a threat than people think, simply because I’ve heard more than one person say Davis is looking for someone to just hand the keys to and step back. That sounds exactly like the kind of situation Jim would enjoy
Other universities serious about football would never tolerate this from an AD. I’m so tired of Warde, and don’t even want tot think about him hiring a potential replacement.
