Well I remember telling my wife with about 4 minutes to go that if we win this Rose Bowl I am streaking the neighborhood. We came back and won and I owned it. None of my neighbors said anything which was good. I still haven't watched the video yet that my wife took. I mean nobody wants to see that even me...lol.
I will surely make the drive if it is at Wrigley. Parking isn't much better for that stadium. Usually only go to baseball games there if it is a bus trip. But that would be awesome.
Being a big Hawks fan, I wish the Red Wings didn't move over to the East. That was always a fun rivalry and it didn't matter what either teams record was. Each team ramped up their game when they played. Now they just play twice a year, and it is a pain to get tickets because of that reason.
Looks like the weather in South Bend this week will suck and most likely the game will be canceled. If it isn't and you are near the game the tickets are free for ND softball.

When my son was in little league I was was the coach and on picture day there was this guy all dressed in OSU gear and I though he looked familiar. I walked over to him when I realized it was Mattison and he said his grandson was on my team. He was there because mom and dad were on vacation. I asked him why he left Michigan and he just rubbed his fingers together and said "Money".
Somewhat biting my lip I said "well I expect we will tackle better than your teams at Michigan and ND. You just got credit because you had the Ravens." Needless to say the son didn't talk much to me the rest of that season...lol.
When I dropped my ticket before going into the MSU game several years ago it cost me $15 for the reprint so be prepared for about $30 bucks for the two tickets. Just a heads up.
I had 2 kids in HS and my wife let me know she was pregnant after a few months before telling me I didn't need to get the snip because she felt she couldn't get pregnant...well my mothers B'day is April 1st so I waited to tell her on her birthday because I knew she would think I was messing with her. It was a fun call.
My brother is at this game. It was a birthday present to him. I told him he should have told the gift giver to return it...lol. I am sure he is miserable. He loves his Louisville Bball. Made me so mad when we got fucked by the refs. Even he admitted that we should have won that game.
I coached his grandson in baseball. On picture day I see this guy all decked out in that shitty team down south gear. I of course am always in my Michigan hat. I walked up to him and asked him why he would leave Michigan to go there. He looked at me, rubbed his fingers together, and said it's all about the money.
Never understood the issue with this song. Band was from Michigan and they were huge fans. If I was a rock star and could do something like this hell yeah I would. They even have bragged about doing this song in Columbus like the drummer for The Red Hot Chili Peppers singing The Victors to close out their shows. These guys were fans of the team and wanted to show some fun and fandom towards the team but they got shit on for it. I think that is sometimes what makes us as fans horrible. It was a fun song and the video made me reminisce of so many great memories growing up and watching Michigan play.
I believe the point being made is the kid from Georgia wants to play football, and Harbor wants to play track and get to play football as well as a backup plan. He could be a bust and how does that translate to how we prepare players? If he is not 100% committed to football and he doesn't pan out then the other schools will pounce on how we took a 5 star and he flamed out. A slippery slope if we get him.
Anyways. Go Blue and Beat that team down south this year once again.

This is not a fun 50th bday party at my house. Was supposed to be beer flowing and strippers stripping....f'ing strippers didn't show and neither did Michigan.
I just feel like we need JJ to run the ball more. I know they don't want him hurt because of McNamara out but this is no different with him in. Gotta keep the D honest but some of the formations at this point in the season I yell at the TV and say who it is going to. Need a changeup somewhere.
